Hey John, I'll have the tints with Rayno films for my Model Y 20% (front 2 windows), 35% for the others (privacy dyed tint glass) and 50% for the windshield. Would that be too dark with the dark interior? Thank you, John.
In your opinion what would be the darkest shade of Xpel XR Plus you would install on the Windshield of a 2023 Tesla Model S? I am considering either 70 % or 55% for the Windshield and 20% sides & back window. Thank you!
This is a very good setup. 50/30/15 is also a good option, since with 70 windshield they have no privacy from the front. There faces are exposed for all to see.
I have 50/30/15 if I could go back I would get 70 on windshield as someone who cares more about heat rejection more than people looking at me (which they probably aren't anyway)...
@@jim2268 Technically the lower vlt tints do better at heat rejection, but only marginally. But i know what you mean, compromising night time driveability is not the best. Sometimes my tint guy doesnt have 70 and highest he does is 55, but it depends
What color hue is it
Yeah it looks clean
15% looks good
I might go with 15 sides and 25 front and rear

I love 50% on my Model Y and 15% front two doors
