This Husqvarna rider had recently been purchased by a customer from someone else who fixes mowers. That person put in a different engine but overlooked a small thing that caused the mower to die out soon after the customer started using it. That was because it was not charging the battery and the PTO killed the battery. In this video I troubleshoot the charging system to find out why it is not charging. Авто/Мото
Thank you for the video
does anyone know ,,, i bought a husqvarna zero turn no engine wire are cut to a mess ,,, its not charging i need to know where the wires go ,, from the stator box on the side of the engine to wherever it goes from there ,, two yellow wires and a red wire where do they go > it has an amp gauge with no wires hooked to it ,,,,i have the electric clutch working and the steering safety switches working ,, but thats it have no idea where the wires go from the two yellow wires and red wire ,,where do they go ????
If you have a Briggs and Stratton engine, these hook to a voltage regulator that would be attached to the engine itself.
Where is the voteteage regulator located on poulan pro intek 22hp twin v ohv briggs an stratton
It should be either on the left side or right side of the block. 2 or 3 wires going into it and it is a square device. Some V-twins do not have regulators and just have an inline diode if not an electric PTO.
@@EllisMowersandmore mine don't have one no where's on out side of engine where is it
If not on out side is it inside with alternator in side
Any way I can get a video or pitch of it
I’m having the same issue
If your wires are good you likely have a bad voltage regulator.
@@EllisMowersandmore please help me
@@lindabishop5055 Some mowers don't have a voltage regulator, just a diode near where the two wires to the stator plug into the main wiring harness (may be the case if you don't have electric PTO). If you don't have a voltage regulator you likely have that setup.
Seems like that the internal changing system is dirty that is my thoughts on this matter
Looks like a cheap motor swap by some one and sorry work
It was done pretty well, he just routed the stator wires wrong.
Not making fun of him, just see so many damage stuff from people getting mad and hitting every thing
lol 😊
