I was searching RUclips to gain some insight between the acoustic Una & the electroacoustic Una (pianist about to buy his first harp). But now I just want to sit and listen to you play any harp. Your touch, your musicality draws the heart into the music while your technique flawlessly supports the journey. The listener is allowed to just dream with the music. Absolutely beautiful. That’s a beautiful rendition of my favourite O’Carolan piece. Well done you! 😃👍 By the way, I notice you have a phonetic spelling of one piece, ‘She Beg She More’. It would be great if you added the actual Irish spelling, ‘Sí Beag, Sí Mór’, so that the meaning is not lost. The Sídhe were a race of supernatural mystical beings with magical powers and they lived in Sidh (Sí) which were mounds in the earth. Sí Beag refers to a little mound and Sí Mór refers to a big mound. Of course, some people will suggest that these mounds (which are dotted all over Ireland) are Neolithic tombs … but this is clearly nonsense! They were built by the Sídhe and O’Carolan knew it. Why else would he compose music for them?! 🤣😂🤣

@@JosSae2 it has silkgut strings (cheaper but with a nice full and bright sound). The difference is with no doubt in the quality of the wood, The Una is a professional harp, the Mia is considerer for students, even though I use it for the school too and it is super nice
I think Carolan must have played this first for the guests at all the estates he played for because it welcomed him, and he welcomed them!
