@@MikeyChan04 It depends on what you would like to bake. For a nice loaf of wheat bread or a baguette I recommend at least 18 to 24 hours. If you would like to bake something rather sweet and pastry like I recommend to just follow the given recipe since the waiting time varies quite a lot!

Professional Baker here: I would make your dough the day before when making bread, it allows the dough to ferment and develop a better flavor. Put it in the fridge immediately after mixing and the next day you can continue the process. This will also allow the gluten to develop. You can do what's called "pulling a window" with a small piece of dough, stretch it carefully and if it can get very thin and allow light to pass through without tearing, the gluten is good to go. It's very important when making a shaped loaf that the outside is "tight" or it won't rise properly when baked. This is why most recipes tell you to shape a ball before letting it rest for a final shape, it's pulling the outside. It's hard to explain the balling technique, it's not like rolling cookie dough, you want the bottom of your ball to stay on the table. Holding the dough with a "claw" hand and applying some pressure with your palm as you move in circles should do this. I'm sure there are videos that explain this better. When you shape a loaf I recommend folding it in thirds one way, then in thirds the other way. Gently push the seam side back and forth along your table to seal the seam and tighten the outside. Then allow for the final proof before baking :)
Romeo x Juliet! I also found the Japanese Version of "You Raise Me Up" very beautiful. When the episode ending wasn't a cliffhanger I didn't skip the song and would listen to it.
If you like to read certain book genres or having any tv show preferences I'm sure you can find an anime that tickles your fancy. I started out on only watching magical girl animes but slowly I've started to watch tons of different genres. If you're a romance fan you could watch Fruits Basket ( the new one ) or if you like action there's tons of shounen animes.
A tip for less yeasty bread - don’t use sugar, use just a little bit of yeast, like literally 2g of dry yeast or 5-6g of fresh yeast for 500-600g of flour and let the dough rest for 24h in the fridge, sealed shut or with wet cloth over - you’ll have nice, fluffy bread that doesn’t taste like yeast
