Damn, form here is so much better than some of the other videos on YT. Keeping the hips stationary really makes it stand out that this is an isolated abdominal exercise. Subscribed!
Dudo mucho que llegue a ver mi comentario, pero yo lo hago como en el error, pero no estoy batallando con contraer el abdomen a la vez que me posiciono, solo hago la flexion y es comodo, estaria mal?
I tried almost all methods. I feel like im not getting anything done by the time i finish. I feel like my elbows and back get a stretch from pulling the cable
Omar Yes, it is Scott Herman. I found it less taxing on the wrist, also though I could lift more with the rope, my pinky sufferd from all the weight placed at the end of the rope. Bar is far better, and my contraction is better. I suggest people try, it helped me.
Eh, it's actually better to do it with your back to the machine, start upright and pull down with your abs. This method allows way too much space to flex with your arms, neck, shoulders and hips. Doing it the right way makes it easier to hold form through fatigue.
Thanks for sharing this info! I realize that I have been making those same mistakes. Because of your video, I will be able to get the most out of this exercise.
Thanks for this video. Have a few year under the belt, but still like to watch your video's to keep my form okay (or correct it). Any tips on how to proceed with this exercise when the weight exceeds your bodyweight? currently using barbell on the backpost of a powerrack to park my butt against. Seem to be the same exercise, but not completly sure. p.s. read your bodybuilding encyclopedy book, excellent reading.

I do it with triceps flat bar attachment, behind the head, it works good.

J4ckCr0w I have tried that too hard in the beginning however I use the v handle close grip it stays on my head and I am able to pull 52 kgs
As long as it gets the job done keeping form and not hurting you, it is good.
Thanks Prussia

You are blue
horrible form. Dont do this, you will work a tiny bit of upper abs instead of the full rectus abdominus and you will develop back problems
The what’s the best form?
What do you recommend?
With those tattoos you look like you're dressed in 11yo girl's leggings. Those tattoos? Yuge error. Big mistake. Very very big mistake.
