They only Allow you 5 mph before they take you to drive but they’re is company cal Keep on trucking. It is the best company for drivers they allowed you 15 mph before they take you to drive
The FMCSA requires that an ELD must create a driving event when a vehicle is traveling at 5 mph or greater, however the regulation for AOBRDs does not have a defined speed threshold. KeepTruckin customers can now take advantage of the AOBRD regulation by selecting any speed between 5 mph and 15 mph to trigger a driving event. However, AOBRDs MUST transition to an ELD in Dec 2019. You can't even buy an AOBRD anymore, you had to be grandfathered in (buy one BEFORE Dec 2017). Careful spreading false information.
This "training video" is one of the worst explanations ever committed to tape. Whatever the narrator is talking about NEVER matches what is on screen at the time. It is confusing and not well planned as a presentation. My guess is that, as they said in the beginning ... the "presenter" was an IT guy ... NOT a software guy. And while the IT guy may have been familiar with the software ... he has no idea whatsoever how to properly present the information in a linear manner, nor one that is consumable by those watching, who quite likely should be the end users of the software meaning ... DRIVERS! The software developers are the ones that should have been presenting this information, but apparently this wasn't an important issue for them.
A couple of times when talking about doing certain things and not clicking on it to demo it can be confusing.
