    Archer 30 inch, i think? Its a used one but nice! Just found this workout and am excited to add another element into my fitness journey!

    А мне оказалось нельзя заниматься на батутах, пошла в клуб на тренировку с батутами и потом не смогла встать , сделала МРТ и выяснила, что в поясничном отделе 3 грыжи с кистой и протрузии. Теперь не знаю, стоит или не стоит заниматься на них.

      Sounds like you need a lumbar fusion. Stay as active as possible and on the ground. Focus on strength and don't get down... don't let it get you down and stop moving. It's a battle. I've had a cervical fusion. I'll think of you and hoping you find help and resolution for your lumbar issues. 🤞🏼🤗
