The harsh reality is that many Black South Africans find it difficult to accept the truth. It sounds harsh, but when he mentioned coming to South Africa to sell drugs, it's evident that we must acknowledge our role in allowing these issues to persist within our country. If South African police and authorities performed their duties effectively, unjust accusations towards foreigners would diminish. Likewise, if South African parents adequately educate their children, there would be fewer kids engaging with drugs. It's essential to take responsibility and address these underlying issues so they can be thoroughly resolved. We are one Africa, and we need to unite in our efforts to combat crime and any harmful activities that threaten our communities and children

I'm aware of Mauritius, Portugual does the same by offering citizenship if you have a certain millions and opening business. I hope South Africa Home Affairs will not offer the Nigerian or any African foreigners after 5 years of marriage when they divorce their South African women. Some they decide to remain in the country, but will bring their Nigerian woman to South Africa to enjoy the citizenship the husband would have acquired by using a South African woman.
It's time we get rid of these 5 years threshold across the board and increased it to 10 years. If they decide to go to another country, they should be stripped off of their SA citizenship, period, we cannot be taken advantage of like that.
They were sabotaged from day one and struggled to keep up. NGO'S are in charge of alot of countries we are not the only country to complain about their destructive policies. So, try and not be so judgemental of an African party that has done so well for it's people despite all attacks. South Africa is one of the most respected countries in the world because of the ANC remember that and show some grace!
My brothe may God bless you more and more and thank you for being a bright light to us . My friend our Ancestors here in South Africa are watching you from a distance and surely youll be bless
This is my suggestion The country should have a grading system for migrants. Not all countries behave well. So countries like Botswana and eSwatini should have free border crossing while lower rated countries with a history of bad behavior should be banned from any type of citizenship or residency or even banned from traveling to this country.
Are these lawyers of human rights above the South African laws ? All the time when ever the minister want to implement the law they stop him . The laws where passed by the constitutional lawyers but they are rejected by the lawyers of human rights , i started to wonder whether those lawyers are South Afrcan lawyers or foreign lawyers becau se all the time they are in favour of foreigners .
I agree with you on women married to the foreign husbands, think kids must be allowed to become SA citizens but husband can only be SA citizen if he meets the naturalisation terms contributing productively in SA through scarce skills or is a tax paying business owner of X amount tax being collected in last 3 years eg ZAR 1mil tax paid per annum, which employs SAns or is an investor. Also I’d make the citizenship through marriage to be discretionary and be investigated with interviews if family in both sides, children, employers, neighbours, friends etc to prove validity of marriage and it must have a minimum of 7-10years of marriage living together in 1 household in SA before applying Please also the investment amount needs to be higher amount eg 400k USD vs 250k USD as that’s easy money to get for drug dealers and it must start at permanent resident and not automatic citizenship for investor citizenship route
My heart goes out for the children of South Africa who only have SA🇿🇦 as their home. I can only imagine how it feels like to have your home taken from you because your parents sold your title deed. Ppl claim to stay illegally more than 20 years in South Africa and claim that they suppost to be legalise under that 20 years of breaking the law what you were doing all along in the country that you are not suppost to be in all along.
Good., they using the current system used in other countries where legal skilled workers are invited to even renew their visas and their immigration status. People -legal immigrants must also be made to renew their immigration status every three years in that way they can still be audited in the process of their renewal and culprits continues to be catched.
Online gig work should also be regulated, there is no need for them to dominate Uber's and Bolt's in regions outside of their own, as that too is a low labor skill, and only a small percentage should have permits to operate. These platforms must also be fined for not abiding by our laws.
A visitor visa can never turn to be a residential visa , but in South Africa it happen , it is high time that South Afrca should do things the right way , those that think South Afrca is a play ground should start to look for where they can go and play , not here . South Africans are angry about what they are seeing happening .
The ones who can prove that they are here as asylum seekers are the ones that may not be deported but they can be arrested until the case is decided. This does not apply to all and sundry so just crying asylum is not necessarily going to work

I have never thought in my life that i deserve to be called immigrant in South Africa. The only time i will accept that name is the time the South african gvmt will give a big number of things for free like it happens overseas. How could it be possible that someone is called immigrant and yet he's paying his own rent and other few things like going to school with his own fews?
CD.. this question is directed to you and all who have insight. All this judges against the immigration laws of South Africa.. who is holding them accountable ? - and if they blunder are their decisions revoked and they themselves castigated for wasting tax payers money or do they just get off ? This judges seem to always be on the chaotic and corruption side in SA. Who are this judges and who do they account to ?
I don't think Judges are to blame. Judges are doing their job which is to interpret the law, how it was written when passed by Parliament is how the law is interpreted. If there is to be any meaningful change, it first has to come from the legislature via ammendments. Judges can't change laws. It's not corruption at all. The law is just being interpreted. The ones failing us are legislators who draft laws with having South africans in the hindsight.
@@OasisSilvaMillion So the law says " South Africa is for all who live in it " then this judges assume that everybody including foreigners. So we must interpret that this law means only South Africans - whites, coloureds, indians and blacks not foreigners
@desmondqoza123 The law doesn't necessarily state that. Laws on immigration and refugees come into play, the duration of the individuals stay in the country, marital status to a South African and so forth. This case is different with illegal foreigners. But the law allows for a certain degree of "protection" to immigrants and refugees or asylum seekers. As I said the judges can't do anything but interpret the law. If the law had said we should allow all illegal foreigners in the country then the courts would interpret the law in that way. The only way to have meaningful change in the discourse of law is to take it via the legislature, as the new minister is doing. Fighting it in court is meaningless. The Constitution is the highest law in the country so it becomes very tedious Fighting in the courts instead of taking it to parliament for a referendum or amendment to a law
I wake up everyday asking myself “what the hell were this people doing?”

Big up for the information we get what we want,
Blame malema he invited them here
Let's start with Mandela married their widow n invite all the in laws to our country for the greener pasture.police must raid all the farm minister to remove this illegal emigrants who are working as a cheap labour in their farms.
Yes you can😟
They were sabotaged from day one and struggled to keep up.
I agree with you kuleyabosbarimakoti, I think we need to submit our inputs to Home Affairs guys, asfuneboma sbarmakotila.
Home affairs ifuke amaqandeni and I'm loving it
For the whole 30ys Guys really, ANC nonono
We need to be safe in our country....dont want to look over my shoulder the whole time...
This is my suggestion
The country should have a grading system for migrants. Not all countries behave well. So countries like Botswana and eSwatini should have free border crossing while lower rated countries with a history of bad behavior should be banned from any type of citizenship or residency or even banned from traveling to this country.
No free border here
Thank u Mr minister
Thank you GNu and. Mr President
Thank you for clarification and your hard work.
Are these lawyers of human rights above the South African laws ? All the time when ever the minister want to implement the law they stop him . The laws where passed by the constitutional lawyers but they are rejected by the lawyers of human rights , i started to wonder whether those lawyers are South Afrcan lawyers or foreign lawyers becau
se all the time they are in favour of foreigners .
Thank you minister Leon
I agree with you on women married to the foreign husbands, think kids must be allowed to become SA citizens but husband can only be SA citizen if he meets the naturalisation terms contributing productively in SA through scarce skills or is a tax paying business owner of X amount tax being collected in last 3 years eg ZAR 1mil tax paid per annum, which employs SAns or is an investor. Also I’d make the citizenship through marriage to be discretionary and be investigated with interviews if family in both sides, children, employers, neighbours, friends etc to prove validity of marriage and it must have a minimum of 7-10years of marriage living together in 1 household in SA before applying
Please also the investment amount needs to be higher amount eg 400k USD vs 250k USD as that’s easy money to get for drug dealers and it must start at permanent resident and not automatic citizenship for investor citizenship route
One by one they must go..with their arrogance..
The GNU is Working. ANC was too nice to these foreigners
ANC leaders have blood shares in mining companies in Zimbabwe, Congo, Mozambique, Malawi, Nigeria. That's why they let them in and dirt our country
Go to shopping malls ehn SASSA pays out and see the amount if foreigners with SASSA CARD.
But they dont pay tax😂😂😂
😢 but as South African non whites we also treated like foreigners.😢😢
My heart goes out for the children of South Africa who only have SA🇿🇦 as their home. I can only imagine how it feels like to have your home taken from you because your parents sold your title deed. Where will they go when the Nigerians, Afghanistans, Pakistani and other African Countries start showing their true colors and intentions?Believe it or not they will spit on our graves
Mhonqonqo: that's the question that keeps popping up my mind"what the ANC home affairs ministers were doing,30yrs🤔🤔🤔"my answer to this is"they were pampering these people with soft gloves",you former home affairs ministers should be ashamed of ourselves.
We thank GNU , really bit by bit we see change that we have been waiting n crying for,,our country will gain dignity again, continue to clean the mess dat have been ignored by previous members of parliament. We support the change n believe even more change dat are continuing to come....well done GNU.Foreigners dey have been playing with our country n even allowed to study our law to check loopholes, enough...it must come to an end.
Siyabonga ,we don't need them
CD.. I'm the first to like, comment and make a view count - hooray! I haven't even listened to the massage. Back to listening
Lol same here
😅😅😅😅
After get the I D they show their true colours.
Very Excellent Analysis as long as yoi allign with the constitution 😊😊😊😊
We need to keep them out of RSA, because the South Africans havent benefitted from this new dispensation.
Ppl claim to stay illegally more than 20 years in South Africa and claim that they suppost to be legalise under that 20 years of breaking the law what you were doing all along in the country that you are not suppost to be in all along.
GNU is the best for ordinary south African people
I wish they can even visit the law used by NGOS and courts which make them the cases
Amend the Constitution simple
Good lecture my brother.
Great news GNU is working
Good thats work sincerely no more tata machance.eff lied to foreigners
Long time ago i was married to a Canadian home afairs made it clear he can get residancy but never citizen
Goliath cries a lot he!!! Men are even louder screaming and talking and crying at the same time🤣🤣
Good., they using the current system used in other countries where legal skilled workers are invited to even renew their visas and their immigration status. People -legal immigrants must also be made to renew their immigration status every three years in that way they can still be audited in the process of their renewal and culprits continues to be catched.
It's time every country should fix their country to avoid all this embracement
Online gig work should also be regulated, there is no need for them to dominate Uber's and Bolt's in regions outside of their own, as that too is a low labor skill, and only a small percentage should have permits to operate. These platforms must also be fined for not abiding by our laws.
The home Affairs committees should look at this easy conversion of visitors visa to the other types of visa. That will close the gap a little.
This does not apply to all and sundry so just crying asylum is not necessarily going to work
The asylum seeker part reminds me of the Russian woman that was deported during covid. She came for a wedding or something like that, overstayed her 90days then claimed to seek assylum bcos of the war in her country.😅
These immigration policies should apply to internal migration as well.
The most stpd government we have ever seen !mfxm 😮
omunye nomunye akabuyele ekhaya kubo
The minister must sort by out the documents of people who their identity were stolen… and sort out every issue of South Africans who don’t have IDs and the South African children without birth certificates… asap… I really don’t want to hear anything else … these people have suffered it’s enough! While chidimma them are enjoying
You know what gnu their lawyers operating here are advising them and some politicians here say they must be documented
Step up your responsibilities guys with Votes. We Voting our people in Government to get you out of South Africa.
Leon I'm a black South African who's proud of you and gayton McKenzie,in the next election the P.A and D.A have my X😊😊😊😊😊😊

Leon if we let dem stay dey will destroy de whole country 😢
I have never thought in my life that i deserve to be called immigrant in South Africa. The only time i will accept that name is the time the South african gvmt will give a big number of things for free like it happens overseas. How could it be possible that someone is called immigrant and yet he's paying his own rent and other few things like going to school with his own fews?
Oh man I love this GNU I wonder why it takes. So long for us for us to wake up
We were scared
Ziyakala manje 😢 my days in SA are numbered 🙌🙌🙌

🤣🤣🤣 my name is abogyaye shwama😂😂 ur killing me CD n im not even finished listening 😂
CD.. this question is directed to you and all who have insight.
