    Hii Sri iam big fan you iam from India Sri my long jump only 14feet but millitariy long jump qualified for 17feet how to increase in 3feet pless healp me sri iam drepration right now 😢pless healp me sri

      Bhai swing leg ko fast chala. Takeoff se pehle hi swing leg move ho jaani chahiye. Aur practice krta reh 17ft jada thodi na hoti hai. Hafte mai 3-4 din jump lga le jada b mt lagaio, wrna kuch ni hoga, rest bohot jaroori hai.
