SPRINT FASTER ✅ POTENTIATING WARM-UP PROTOCOL

- In this video I take you through a workout designed to potentiate sprinting and jumping.
You’ll see specifically how I took the group through a series of drills designed to get the most from timed 20m sprints at the end of the workout.
The workout included some downhill runs and drills as a potentiating means. I explain the pros and cons of using “over-speed”.methods
This is one of an “Uncut” type of video I’m trialling … in these you will hear more of my actual coaching I.e. what I say to the athletes.
At the end of the video there is some technical comment on bounding (3 bounds and a jump), which will be useful in particular for triple jumpers.
I have another Uncut video planned which will cover another which will look at long take-off set-up and the hop take-off and set up. I do think it will be useful to learn from actual coaching sessions.
