I really love chick pea pasta because I'm allergic to gluten and the macros are great but I only buy the Barilla brand because it only has 1 ingredient! I'm not a huge pasta person because of my allergy so I only had a stomach problem once with chickpea pasta and it happened because I ate a ton of it in one sitting and my gut was NOT used to that ammount of fiber at once. For some reason my stomach also hates chia seeds that aren't ground up too and I had a very similar stomach pain with it. I make rice pasta or brown millet pasta when I cook dinner now and use the chick pea pasta for meal preps I have proportioned for the week so I don't over due the fiber. I drink alot of smoothie bowls and yogurt bowls with fruit to get extra fiber at other points in the day and space it out

Melatonin should be started at 0.1mg and the average proper dose is 0.3mg. Most people are taking 3, 5, or 10mg. Taking larger amounts causes both the next-day grogginess and it often causes people to actually feel awake during the night.
The pre-workout itching comes from the ingredient beta-alanine. Additionally dry-scooping is not how the product is intended to be consumed. I'm not pro pre-workout by any means, but I think it's important to know which ingredients are causing specific issues and correct usage of the product.
