Also, with the kindle - you can borrow kindle books from your library! If you get a library card, you can get kindle and audiobooks for free, and it's truly been the best discovery.
Thank you for sharing these tips! I also scrape my tongue first thing after getting up (even funkier than at night!). Another self-care Routine you might enjoy is (dry) skin brushing. It helps gently exfoliate the skin and is supposed to help the lymphatic system drain. By the way, if you want to read physical books without having so many in the house, you can get just about anything from the library (plus eBooks for your Kindle, audiobooks, movies, etc.). Can used to buy tons of books and also had so much stuff in my little house that I had to put a stop to it! What’s nice is I can check out anything I’m interested in and if I don’t like it, back it goes without creating something else to dust!
The Hey Humans deodorant is a literal life saver. Like you I’ve tried every deodorant out there and all the alternatives. Everything would just not work or if it worked I ended up with either an allergic reaction or chemical burn. I live in Georgia and have being using it for about a year. It totally passed the summer Georgia heat and humidity test without ever letting me down. Even though it’s not an antiperspirant I do still feel like I don’t sweat as much too.
Looking forward to an update with using the deodorant during the summer. Thanks for your vid. Might try the dry shampoo love their acure products I’ve used before.
Babe, no need to buy a kindle. If you have an iPad (or any other tablet) you can download the app. As a frequent traveler I hated carrying so many devices with me, so this was a great compromise for me
Really great list. I bought three of the things already just from the video. I had my suspicions about the tongue scrapper and now one is on its way. Great job!
Might I suggest drinking chlorophyll and using a glycolic acid spray for smelly armpits. It's worked wonders for me. Also, try supplementing with magnesium for stress, relaxation, and sleep (also helps with hormone balance).
As a fellow wellness nerd, I love these videos! 😁 So fun to find cool new products! I also have problems with deodorant so I’m excited to try the brand you recommended! Thank you for sharing! 🤗
Just saw your video about walking challenge and now I am with you🥰 Actually I also did walking challenge by myself and did 20k steps every next day during 2 months and that was incredible challenge also I lost 5 kilos😊

Yes, it sure is! I downloaded the Libby app. on my tablet - so easy to navigate! I live in central FL, so don't know if this is true of all states.
@@tpowell7159 Yes!! I'm in California, and I love using the Libby app. Our library also uses axis360 and hoopla, which are really nice too. :)
❤❤❤

Another similar vegan protein powder (or I love their collagen powder) is the SunWarrior brand. Def worth trying!

Try PermaEarth for hair/skin care/deodorant. If you don't want to buy a tongue scraper, I have used a spoon for years, does the same thing.
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
