    Christine, this is one of your best videos. Your cumulative anti aging protocols have given you back your 30ish self. You don’t just have the appearance of younger skin or a more youthful look, you ARE younger! You have your v-shape back, your sharper jawline, your smooth firm neck .. pretty pretty ‘girl’ face! I would live to see a slide show of your treatment progressions just from the last 6 months. You do look noticeably younger every month. Thanks for the texting neck education. One easy thing to add that will trim away the fullness under the chin is a yoga tongue extension exercise. Thank you for all that you do 🌹

    Christine, yes I do watch a lot of your videos and more than once or twice because I do the follow along with you with my 1st mini microcurrent from August 13, 2020 and then my new 2nd one just this past week (both purchased from you). The dualing mini microcurrent action is twice the results in half the time & I love it! Now I am older so I need to take the mini challenges seriously; and yet I can already tell a difference that I thank you for! EXCITING: I had thinning skin on the bridge of my nose where my glass's nose pieces were making dents & red marks so I invented something to cushion it that didn't look good but helped my nose. Guess what! With the mini & TMP & Sculplla & Neogenesis (Recovery & Boost too), & LED (Celluma I got Aug 1) I was able to throw away the tacky cumbersome nose piece pads I invented and wear my glasses like a normal person without adding anything because of using all your recommendations for 3 weeks!
    I was able to revert to my glasses without adding anything and it has worked fantastically for the weeks since. By the way I had that bad looking nose piece extra padding for 4 year so you can imagine how thrilled I am! Thank you so much Christine!
    Question: When watching "Tighten Your Neck" and "Fix Droopy Eyes At Home" today you used different modalities with Anma, then jade roller, followed by Microcurrent mini and ending with TMP. I thought you said earlier that I should use TMP first, mini second because you want to keep muscles up like you have worked them with mini. Please clarify again.

    Your jaw line and skin look so good! I think you look more youthful than your videos from years ago. My question is, how do you message if you have filler in the naslabiofolds, marionette mouth lines and cheek bones? I was doing jade roller for drainage down my face and it started flattering my cheek bone augmentation. Now I totally avoid these areas. I see you massage and release tension around the mouth area often. I just bought the TMP and clairblend mini. I have been using them without message bit it sounds like I need to find an effective way to message and navigate around my filler. Could you show us how to so this and therefore get the most out of our devices while not messing up our filler?

    • @ChristineByerEsthetician
      @ChristineByerEsthetician  4 года назад +1

      Denise P you have to lightly “dust” over the area or avoid them altogether. Since everyone has filler in different areas it’s hard to show.

      Allie Mick I agree with Christine that the back realignment exercises are the most important- and like she said in the video- heart (chest) openers. The one neck exercise I find helpful is the first one you find if you google neck exercises- you look up at the ceiling and kind of push your jaw out like you have an underbite- pull in, and repeat. While keeping your tongue on the roof of your mouth.

    Can I just use hyaluronic acid to use micro current?
    Eating does not last either, nor does brushing your teeth. You are correct, everything requires maintenance and consistency.

      Use 100% aloe! That's what I use. You can buy it anywhere and its inexpensive.

      Jennifer Sommers Nyholm some are allergic to aloe. If you want to go super cheap use mineral water. It’s a shame though, as Microcurrent does a superior job of pushing predict into the skin. It’s a great opportunity to moorish the skin at the same time. Aloe is ok but lots better out there.

    Christine, I have horizontal scaring on my neck from a procedure I had done by a friend. I was a “model” with a procedure that puts tiny burns into your skin. Well I’m permanently scarred 😢 what do you recommend? I had micro needling done but I think it’s scarred me more. Now I’m very nervous about anything. Can you help me?
    Paula

      Paula Michael I would use NeoGenesis Recovery morning and night and red LED. Have patience.

    I THOUGHT YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO USE MICROCURRENT ON THE CENTRAL PART OF THE NECK

    Why are you going horizontal when the muscle is vertical?

    • @ChristineByerEsthetician
      @ChristineByerEsthetician  4 года назад

      RodaKay57 when I go vertically the platysma grows bigger on my particular neck structure. Microcurrent is not one size fits all, although we mostly follow the muscle fiber direction to make them shorter.

      @@ChristineByerEsthetician I'm about to purchase the Clareblend Mini - wondering if there are resources such as how-to videos when you purchase? I do understand you have a youtube channel but this particular question you were asked gave me pause. If we normally should follow the muscle fiber direction and it was never mentioned in this video as you showed us how to do it how YOU need it for your particular neck, I'm a little nervous that I'll be doing some counter-productive moves that may work for you but won't for the general public. Is there a general how-to for lifting the face with clareblend? Thanks!
