    Thanks for addressing skinny necks with the bands and horizontal lines. The neck is such a problem area for aging. It can be very frustrating as the neck is the hardest place to see improvement

    After watching you and listening to the facts on the Nuface ( which i own) and the Clareblend mini, I just ordered a Clareblend mini from you!
    I'm very excited, I've been doing microcurrent for over 10 years now, I'll be 60 in June, by an professional and also at home, but I feel the Nuface has stopped giving me results!

    Love these videos Christine. You look amazing! Followed right along with you...I love how the Anma feels on my skin... it is so soft and glides so gently. I also enjoy using the Clareblend Mini..It gives wonderful results when used regularly...starting back again with this series : ) tyfs

    Have you looked into TAMA? They have a great treatment for the Turkey waddle called “TAMAbella” like the microcurrent version of Kybella.

    How often should you release the muscles? Every week or day? Can you use water instead of gel? My face reacts badly to every gel I have tried so far.

      3 times per week is good. Microcurrent can be done an extra session so 3-4 days per week.

    Can people with jaw filler do this -use of micro current would undo the filler? TA

      You can use microcurrent over filler. I wouldn’t press very hard over the area.

      Yes. It absolutely does. Thickens the skin nicely. Use nightly.

    Hi Christine, love your videos! I have a long skinny neck with necklace lines, and a wattle starting! What do I do please? I do have my fibroblast pen, would this help?

      Yes it could but that’s drastic. NeoGenesis Recovery, Intensive Moisturizer to start. Time Master Pro or the Mini to thicken skin too.

    Hallo Christine and thank so much for your advises
    I have recently a led therapy device and I use it for about 1 month .Yesterday I notice that the sunspots on my face (I had a few of them that there was so small that they didn't bother me) ,get worse, bigger and more. I think that the led ,or the heat of it , cause the problem . Please I want your opinion

    Some people say not to pass over or hold a microcurrent device over the DAO muscle because it can cause the lip corners to turn downward over time. Is this not true?

      You must release the depressors first. But yes we work the entire face with microcurent.

    This has inspired me to use my Clair mini! I've done facerobics for 3 yrs now and got stuck trying to decide when to do Clair mini! Help!

      @@tinaf.7941 I have noticed a difference, although I will say, it took t. i. m. e! lol And I am not a patient person! It helped with blood flow, my hair got thicker, 11's almost disappeared. It is a time commitment, but I'm trying to figure out how to incorporate my mini from Christine without over working and without spending more than 30 min. every day.

I watched Fifty Plus Beauty where she does the mini (the commercial one, Nuface) works out in her weight room, then does the facerobics-type thing, but I don't have that much time. I wanted to make an appt with Christine, and I hope I can, but I have to get determined as it's about a 2 hr drive to see her. Let's hang in there!

      Gua sha once a week. Microcurrent 2-4 times per week depending on age and goals.

    This reminds me that i tried to order this tool a good while back, apparently it doesnt ship to my country. I emailed to see if this could be solved but no answer. Anyways i still love your posts and i always learn something new.

    Just saw a dermatologist say there’s no scientific proof of microcurrent. I know you’re a huge promoter of it; I’m not a fan of drs in my profession so wanted to know your thoughts on doctors saying that. Appreciate your feedback .

      Yes I saw that. He really didn’t do a great experiment (one person? A youngish guy with already tight skin. Hmmmm). There’s a reason it’s so popular. Done right it’s a crowd pleaser. LOVE.
