    Christie, I started using a floor vibration device for lymph drainage, seratonin restoration, and weight loss. Good results all over my body. At first my face started breaking out. Now It’s just oily, all the acne is gone. Another good thing, when I do any stretches or exercising on the device I get results much faster. It acts like a micro current device on steroids on my face. I sit on it and stroke my face, neck, and forehead with my hands. The results are unbelievable!!!

    Hello Christine. I just found your channel :) trying to learn more about microcurrent technology.
    I am in my late 20s, would you recommend microcurrent treatments for my age bracket? Would it be fairly pointless? From what I gather, using a microcurrent treatments on your face is working out your muscles in the face (amongst other benefits like increasing ATP). So I figure, that can only be good for any age, right? Just like how working out your body’s muscles is good to do at any age for aesthetics and for your health.

    I’m confused about how you hold the device. I’ve seen others hold it perpendicular to the muscles (I.e., having the two knobs on either side of the muscle and then moving along the length of the muscle) however you seem to often use it with the two knobs vertically along the length of the muscle. Is there a difference in terms of effect?

    • @ChristineByerEsthetician
      @ChristineByerEsthetician  3 года назад +3

      If you are trying to shorten the muscle you want to work from insertion to origin in the direction of the muscle fibers. What you are seeing with the Nuface isn’t always correct. Those big, clunky balls, IMO don’t make for a great treatment.

    • @ChristineByerEsthetician

      Jeanette Deaver it depends on how deep they are placed. If they are deeper, denser fillers that go up under a muscle (cheek) then no. But lip fillers and very superficial fillers can break down faster with lots of manipulation (in addition to your facial movements). But break down noticeably faster? No.
