I have a Nuface, it works for me, try moving it slowly, this allows the current to make better contact with your skin, I do each ‘slow glide’ 3 or 4 times while watching tv or my iPad
My mom use to say, “don’t worry about your eyesight failing as you get older. It’s natures way of protecting you from shock as you walk past the mirror”. I hope this device will give me the lift I need so I can keep my jawline and my eyesight. Haha

Throughout my life I never felt any real physical changes on my birthday. Then I turned 50. I kid you not, there was something about that day. I have a good outlook on aging (it’s a gift to age) and truly believe one of my purposes in life is to be here for others and “lift” them up (which I do!) Menopause is a force bigger than I could have imagined. I’ve had to fight through this to be the person I am and want to be. I am 50 and have just been shocked at how quickly my lower face and neck have changed. My last period was 4 months ago and I’m having hot flashes and mood swings so I know I’m getting close to Menopause. This lack of Estrogen really creates changes faster than my mind can accept. I’m feeling so unattractive and depressed when I see these jowls and laxity in my neck with rings and bands in the center of my throat. I’ve never even had a facial before so I’m thinking of doing micro needling myself. I have used Retinoids for years and an occasional glycolic acid peel but clearly I need to step it up and hopefully it’s not too late to get some collagen back. Menopause is very scary to me and I’m so self conscious of my neck and comparing myself to others of my age and wondering if I’m aging worse than everyone else. I can’t afford professional treatments so I have to be able to do this on myself. Hang in there ladies, this time of life isn’t easy.

I’m new to Utube and have selected you to be one of my few go to esthetician’s. I so much need a lift and would love to give it a try. I’m 64 years old and most of my friends are at least 10 years younger. They don’t make me feel older, but I see my aging skin getting worse over the last couple years and it scares me. I have always had difficult skin. Acne, dry, oily. I can’t use too much of this or do too much of that. It’s just been a battle to find products that don’t set off my skin. Coco Chocs AGREE 1000%! Penny is so great about thoroughly explaining these millions of kinds of treatments and devises to buy. It's overwhelming, but worth taking the time to learn. She just mentioned buying a device before figuring out what I need, which I've been doing.
I used the Newa consistently for about 5 months and I noticed that my skin started to lose fat and sag MORE. What do you think could cause this? I would really love to hear your take on this. I was very disappointed.
That is exactly what I am scared of, because it just seems to me that would be the outcome eventually, that all that heat would end up making you lose the fat in your face and that would definitely counter act any collagen benefits 😒
@@territimmons8482 Hi Terri, you know I have been thinking about it, and I think once you get older, and you lose fat on your body, or face, etc., the skin just does not "pop back", it SAGS. If you are younger, it might work better. I am in my 70s and I lost around 40 lbs about 5 years ago and the sagging skin on my body has still not tightened up. It has a little, but it's still sagging. So maybe if someone is young, maybe before you lose your estrogen (menopause) it would work, but after that estrogen is depleted, it's really hard, maybe even impossible. Good luck!
@@laurahastings-brownstein1481 oh, I am 60 and not going to even attempt to try this product, like you the estrogen is gone, I had a complete hysterectomy at 39 with ovaries and all taken so I also have those points against me, I am fairing as good as I am due to good genes!!! I am just starting to have some jowling that bother me, although my husband says I'm crazy😆 I am not however going to buy this device because I don't want to lose any face fat and because I know I am lazy, I don't use my nuface 🤷♀️ except for the led attachment 😏
@@territimmons8482 I have found that doing targeted exercises for that area does help (found in the book, "Facercize" which is fabulous for improving your face!). Also, I do lots of peels and that has regenerated that area quite a bit. I mean, I am still an old lady and I am OK with that, but I want to look as good as I can without undergoing the knife!! @@laurahastings-brownstein1481 I have never done a peel before, what kind(s) could you recommend to me...do you do at home one's or get professional one's at the dermatologist, I go see our dermatologist for our routine body skin cancer checkup next week and if it's a professional one you recommend I will look into it, I really need to start taking better care before it all goes south on me!!! I've not gotten botox yet either (kinda scares me)..

I’ll be 59 in December and have been using the NEWA for about a month now. My jowls bother me a lot. I’m seeing an improvement for sure but need to keep it up for a while. I’m hoping to be able to post before & after pics if I can get a good enough result! The NEWA together with the Myolift. NEWA at night and Myolift in am. Took a couple weeks for me to really see results from the Myolift (It took me a minute to figure it out lol) but they’re showing now! Another month or so should be good I think 🙂

Hi, I love your info on microneedling but I’ve heard there’s a machine that incorporates from while you microneedle. It supposed to be way better. Can you explain? I’ve searched your videos but don’t see that machine. Thank you!

I’m 56 & have always taken great care of my skin, but want to incorporate At-Home Beauty-Tech to LIFT sagging jowls 😳 Your videos are not only informative, they’re educational too. I’m a Cosmetologist (was a stylist to work my way. through college) but things have changed so much, so I really appreciate learning. Your skin is beautiful- I don’t know how you’ll see changes. You need a 56 year old w/starting to sag jowls & a sleep line that won’t go away on the side of their mouth to use these devices to REALLY notice a difference. I’m new to Utube and have selected you to be one of my few go to esthetician’s. I so much need a lift and would love to give it a try. I’m 64 years old and most of my friends are at least 10 years younger. They don’t make me feel older, but I see my aging skin getting worse over the last couple years and it scares me. I have always had difficult skin. Acne, dry, oily. I can’t use too much of this or do too much of that. It’s just been a battle to find products that don’t set off my skin. I still haven’t found a make up I can even wear that doesn’t look like I’m even older than I am. I’m so frustrated and hoping the devices can help my sagging loose skin. I really need a lift!!! I am a 65 year old retired flight attendant. I have been following you for a while looking forward to each new video. My once dull dehydrated skin is now soft and supple and Rehydrated. Thank You. I don't have wrinkles but I do have sagging jowls that I really need a LIFT for. The NEWA and Myolift look like great products for that..
At my mature age of 65, I could definitely use these devices to help with a

My most recent device purchase is the Myolift Mini with the gloves. I was too sick for weeks to use it (have some making up to do). I really like the device (prefer gloves over probes). All the research I've done tells me I'm missing out not having the Mito LED Panel. If interested, I'm happy to let you know how the Myolift is working.

I used the Newa consistently for about 5 months and I noticed that my skin started to lose fat and sag MORE. What do you think could cause this? I would really love to hear your take on this. I was very disappointed.
That is exactly what I am scared of, because it just seems to me that would be the outcome eventually, that all that heat would end up making you lose the fat in your face and that would definitely counter act any collagen benefits 😒
@@territimmons8482 Hi Terri, you know I have been thinking about it, and I think once you get older, and you lose fat on your body, or face, etc., the skin just does not "pop back", it SAGS. If you are younger, it might work better. I am in my 70s and I lost around 40 lbs about 5 years ago and the sagging skin on my body has still not tightened up. It has a little, but it's still sagging. So maybe if someone is young, maybe before you lose your estrogen (menopause) it would work, but after that estrogen is depleted, it's really hard, maybe even impossible. Good luck!
@@laurahastings-brownstein1481 oh, I am 60 and not going to even attempt to try this product, like you the estrogen is gone, I had a complete hysterectomy at 39 with ovaries and all taken so I also have those points against me, I am fairing as good as I am due to good genes!!! I am just starting to have some jowling that bother me, although my husband says I'm crazy😆 I am not however going to buy this device because I don't want to lose any face fat and because I know I am lazy, I don't use my nuface 🤷♀️ except for the led attachment 😏
@@territimmons8482 I have found that doing targeted exercises for that area does help (found in the book, "Facercize" which is fabulous for improving your face!). Also, I do lots of peels and that has regenerated that area quite a bit. I mean, I am still an old lady and I am OK with that, but I want to look as good as I can without undergoing the knife!! @@laurahastings-brownstein1481 I have never done a peel before, what kind(s) could you recommend to me...do you do at home one's or get professional one's at the dermatologist, I go see our dermatologist for our routine body skin cancer checkup next week and if it's a professional one you recommend I will look into it, I really need to start taking better care before it all goes south on me!!! I've not gotten botox yet either (kinda scares me)..

I’ll be 59 in December and have been using the NEWA for about a month now. My jowls bother me a lot. I’m seeing an improvement for sure but need to keep it up for a while. I’m hoping to be able to post before & after pics if I can get a good enough result! The NEWA together with the Myolift. NEWA at night and Myolift in am. Took a couple weeks for me to really see results from the Myolift (It took me a minute to figure it out lol) but they’re showing now! Another month or so should be good I think 🙂
