First off, you need to understand that, you are wonderful... selfless, helpful, admired & so much more!
I know that there are people out there that cannot afford personal treatments with you but can’t afford (or stretch their dollar to attain) these devices and bc they just want to look and feel good like anyone else.
I’m sure if they could they have you add their aesthetician they would choose you all day every day!

I’m on blood thinners for another 6 months (heart attack during quarantine) so I have backed away from microneedling my face. I miss it but I’m afraid of excessive bleeding and bruising.

I’ve just bought a crystal head dermabrasion machine, a Dr.Pen A6S, an RF machine, and LED arch machine (lay down, face goes under it), I have a dual cavitation and Ems handheld machine (with the gloves), small micro current gua sha for my face. I’m waiting for a larger professional micro current machine at an affordable price and that’s all I have left to get from my list lol.
The only laser I have is my hair removal! I’m not ready for laser yet. Ive enough machines to get used to 😂 I went all out for Xmas 🤷🏻♀️ I don’t look like myself at all since becoming ill so I want to work of looking and feeling good aswell as working on my symptoms.
Being a sports injury therapist, I also still have my tens, infrared floor standing lamp, paraffin wax, cryotherapy (just ice and ice packs) massage items ... these I kept because I became ill a few years ago and can’t work in this field anymore. So I’m finally able to start a routine to loosen my tightened very sore muscles (I’m stuck in bed 95% of the time). So I have bits and pieces from self employment which have come in handy now plus a few new bits too.

Thank you so much Penny! I’m one who needs things set out in order to understand. I received the micro-needling device that you reviewed that is cordless with two batteries & a cord if you so choose for Christmas from my mom, I also picked up the Dr. Dennis Gross led mask thanks to Cate the Great, she let everyone know that it was $100 off at Nordstrom before Christmas so I impulsively purchased it 😅😂. I also purchased a Foreo led mask device & I have NeuFace micro current device, the one that I can switch out the heads. I only have the ball one & the led lights one though. I think that’s all. I’ve yet to try the micro needling, I am going to educate myself throughly before using it. I’m a bit nervous about using it even though I’ve used the roller micro needling before. I am just about to try the Dr. Dennis Gross led mask, I have purchased alcohol wipes to cleanse it & I ordered some green tea serum for in the future off of Amazon, I got Melixer Green Tea toner. It’s a single ingredient & it seems to be a quality product, I’m looking forward to trying it out. I have recently been diagnosed with Rosacea, my husband also has it, and I’m hoping that the red light therapy will help with that. My poor husband has it horribly, so any advice on helping him would be GREATLY appreciated 💗 Sorry for the Ted Talk 😅😂

Then for LED I have the MZ skin mask which I love but thinking of getting free standing one that you discussed in another video . So excited about this calendar to keep me on track !

I have an LED light box (red & infra-red”mito red”) that i sit in front of as I use my micro current device. Cuts time in half and feels very spa-like. :)

I have the same RL. The mini. I was thinking of doing my microcurrent(nuface mini) infront of my red-light aswell. Ha.

This is perfect timing! Just got a couple new devices for Christmas and was wondering how to put them all together. I have the Nuface trinity, Tria eye laser (may look into Nira as it can be used on eyelids:) ), Skintastic led device,, PMD Microdermabrasion and the Tri Pollar Stop X. Been a little leary to try microneedling on myself. I do use Tretnoin and Vitamin C Serum, plus a couple others. I am waiting on my W Skin aqua facial device. I also do glycolic peels every so often.

So helpful as always and love that you are all about skin health and not overdoing any of these approaches or devices that could lead to more inflammation. Any input on adding in ultrasound? Could it swap out the RF in terms of collagen/protocol?
I use LED panel 5x/wk micro needle monthly, Myolift 600 2-3x/ wk, Time master Pro,, 2x/ wk, Newa 4-5 x/wk, and high frequency wand occasionally. Sometimes my nighttime routine takes >2 hours. Need to streamline my routine as it’s becoming way too time consuming. Right now, it’s 9:30 PM and I’m way behind schedule.🤣

Hi Penny, I'd love to see a protocol video that tells me how I fit in BHA's, 20% Vitamin C serum, Tretinoin 0.5% and then all my other K-Beauty toners, serums and moisturisers. I'm worried about accidentally cancelling out the efficacy of my actives by combining them incorrectly.

Hi Penny, Right now all I have is an old micro current device I bought from Serious Skin Care when they were on HSN. Haven’t used it in years and I don’t know if it still works. 🤣🤣 I was going to start out micro needling but haven’t purchased a device yet and was looking for your recommendation. Yes! You could sub in an eye peel-and 2 weeks post needling is perfect!
Then of course you continue the protocol on the rest of your face and nothing else is happening around the eyes....just letting the peel do it’s thing. 💜
Great protocol, Penny! I’m interested in hearing what you have to say about using the Nira for broken capillaries as I have been curious about that application.
I am too! Someone from her FB Group page shared a while back that she was having success with it. No pictures, but took her word. As for me, I have broken capillaries around my nose and I used my NIRA on them to no avail, so I just stopped attempting. But if there's a special way to use it for them, I'm up for trying again.
I have really only used it personally around my eyes and mouth. I have seen pics (in the FB group) of others’ successes with capillaries. I wish I could give first hand testimony but I can’t. I’ll find a few and run a test and report back 💜
@sonosue I doubt you are doing anything wrong technique wise....it’s so straightforward. I think unfortunately some things work for some and not others 😕

@@sonosue I too have broken capillaries around my nose and have had them treated on a number of occasions (this is a problem that sadly comes back over time) with laser professionally - I think that the nira is probably not strong enough to produce the coagulation required to destroy these vessels at home

What age?? I think you should ask yourself if you think you need to use it?? I don’t think it matters what age you are..... I’m 26 and I use the Nira laser. Go look at their website, do your research, figure it out! Be your own self advocate honey
It just works on wrinkles and wrinkles can form at any age! If you have under eye wrinkles check it out

Hi Penny, another great video!!! Thank you. I’ve read somewhere that RF leads to some fat loss. For aging skin, this is a bit of a concern. Just wondering what your take in it is please?
I alternate microcurrent and rf in the mornings on top of nira and laser. At nights 2-3 times in a week ultrasound at nights. Also use electroporation over the serums 1-2 times per day.
I love electroporation. One of my favorite treatments 😃💜
