My jowls, turkey neck and double chin appeared out of nowhere about a year ago. I am 47. Thank you for this video. I did just purchase the Hooga red and NIR bulb and it just arrived today. I also ordered some peptides, and have just started using Clareblend microcurrent and have the Medicube EMS device, but it hurts my teeth. I ordered some dental gauze and will try again today. I am going to order some AHA today! I also want to start microneedling and adding in RF or HIFU. I did download your guide and have watched your videos on frequency of these modalities and am going to be following this. You have been the most helpful to me in the last month or so, when I started researching how to help my issues. Again, thank you so much for your content. It is so incredibly helpful!

    1. Which oral supplements do you recommend that help keep a youthful appearance and also help reduce signs of aging that have already begun to aggravate us? (Aside from eating boat loads of raw Broccoli Sprouts.)
    2. What are your thoughts on consuming Vitamin A (palimated or performed Vitamin A vs. Beta Carotene Vitamin A. in concert with consistently applying a broad spectrum skincare product?
P.S. Ladies, if you don’t know this, on RUclips please look up the scientific research provided on the evidence of anti-aging/ anti-cancer that comes with eating raw broccoli sprouts!! It’s ABSOLUTELY MIND BLOWING!

I'd like to know. The Ordinary Copper Peptide serum has that irritating preservative in it: Phenoxyethanol. I asked my chemist brother what it is and he said it is Phenol product. Not good for broken skin or skin healing.

    • @Misskitty15
      @Misskitty15 4 года назад

@@echase416 I like Dr.Pickard's copper peptides. I use the 3% after microneedling and find it antinflamatory. He's a scientist and say Hyaluronic is not good because it can spread skin cancer around. I'm very fair, so I avoid that & those growth serums which can encourage cancer.

Avoid all retinol aha, lactic etc I have eczema and rosacea so I kno how you feel! Using the red led is great for wrinkles, blue for acne and I like green for hyperpigmentation & redness. Use masks to deep cleanse & hyularanic acid serum before moisturizer. Use a sunscreen & it may shock some but pure Vaseline on the driest part of your skin.. I trained in beauty therapy but I'm not a qualified so some of this is purely anecdotal, but works for me. Hope it helps. X

  • @lt7378

It’s like you read my mind on your topics! Sagging is -by far- my number one skin concern. Jowls and neck issues 😩
I’m also SO glad you mentioned copper and even made product recommendations !! I had read somewhere how powerful it is in fighting aging skin.
Thank you for teaching us so much. You must have to be researching all the time to get your information.
My question is how to use all these 5 recommendations? What goes on the skin first and what can or cannot be mixed? I had read somewhere that vitamin C doesn’t “play nice” with some products. If so, what order do we layer? Can you recommend a skin regimen for everyday of the week- day and night? What I’d really love is a monthly skin regimen with micro needling/facial peel scheduling included. I know that’s asking a lot, but any insight will help. Thanks SO much, Penny. You’re the best! 🥰

So I can’t say I’m the only one asking what order to use these great skincare products. I always start a monthly chart of what to do when in skincare scheduling and then never stick with it. I haven’t watched today’s video yet, but I will 😉. Thank you so much for the comment and have a great weekend! 😍

I know that your serums go on before your creams.... but on the AHA’s so after you use it what do you put on after you wash it off? .. I’m thinking you use the AHA’s once every 7 days. Ok then after that what’s good to use that night?.. your C or copper peptides or retinal product? We need to know what to use or not use with each other. Thanks hun you have so much knowledge.

Hey Penny! I absolutely LOVE your recommendations! I was using hydroquinone and was not looking forward to the pigment rebound when cycling off. It has happened before. Started using the Tranex serum and JJ Labs brightening serum after ending the HQ and..... I think my skin actually looks even better! Yippee! Thank you so much for the tip!
My next question. I'm super excited about the red LED but I was wondering how to use it. Do you use it on a clean face? After applying a serum? Can you use it if you are using Retin-A since it makes you photo sensitive? Do you recommend a specific product? First of all, I have to say your channel is one of the best channels on RUclips and I would like to thank you for sharing all your tips :) I am a 33 old woman with her first sagging and wrinkled skin. I already add to cart some of your skin products plus the A7 dermapen, but I am also considering having a thread lift, would you recommend it with these things I am buying? Hi Penny. I am currently enrolled in a medical assisting degree. I plan on getting placed in a dermatologist office for my internship.Since watching your channel you have inspired me towards advancing my education towards skin care and cosmetics. I was thinking a esthetician licensee and becoming a certified laser technician would be beneficial. I do know different states have certain requirements and was hoping to get advice on obtaining these certifications at a national level. I like to think ahead and want to satisfy certification and licensure for more then one state. And was hoping you could point me in the right direction with any other education you may find beneficial.

My face is melting due to a previous illness which caused me to lose a lot of weight from malnutrition, and even though it's been 2 yrs since my illness, I have gained back a healthy amount of weight(more like fat) but it has not transferred to my face. It truly is melting and I'm only 58 yrs old. I lost most of my muscle throughout my body and physical injuries prevent me from exercising which is not helpful either. I have tried HA fillers which did nothing to my sagging midface and while still using products, I'm seeing very little improvement. Full facelift is not financially feasible for me so yes, SAGGING tips would be very helpful.

@@barbiekat6352 Thank you for your kindness. It's a mess, but I get so frustrated with the high prices for skin care, skin devices, you name it. I am going to buy that lift wand for my Xmas present to myself . Amazon has it for 136.00 which is pretty cheap for such a device. The mini with the 2 probes I believe is 200.00 plus and that's for one. Another led/current that has been flashed around you tube costs 700.00 or something. You'd have to be a dermatologists or doctor to afford all this stuff. That's on Christine Byer's site. Out of my price range...
For my saggy face, I am trying Multi-Sculpting Cream from CItyBeauty.com. I think I pay about 40.00 monthly which is more affordable than many things. If you have similar sagging in your face, go to their website and check it out. I am seeing a difference after 2 months of use. Not a lot... but a little. There is a compound called progerin that causes faces and body to age and this product is suppose to counter it so perhaps there is science behind it. They have a lot of interesting products under 100.00 which aren't quite as expensive as Drunk Elephant and other high end products and there is a guarantee or money back. Good luck to you as well and I'll save my copy of this message should I find other products that might work for you as well. If you want to discuss any of these topics there must be a way to share info without putting our emails on this platform. Probably would not be very safe or secure. Otherwise, thank you again for getting in touch. It's nice to know I'm not the only one with these issues.

You are, BY FAR, the best on RUclips to follow for any woman of any age. I wish I had started researching how to lift my lower face earlier because if I had known ANY of the info I have learned from you I wouldn’t be in the shape I’m in now trying to play catch up at 48 years old. Literally all my dermatologist has told me for years is to wash my face with CeraVe, use their moisturizer that has sunscreen in it (which isn’t much), and use Retin-A! I have some places on my face I ask her about every year and she says what the are so fast I can’t even understand her. I took a deep dive into all your videos and started from the beginning. I learned what they are from you! It is exactly what they look like and sounds like what she says really fast every year I go for my check up. Sebaceous hyperplasia. I don’t have a ton of them, but at least I know what they are and my limited options now. Also, I want to tell you that in the more recent videos when you talk about having hyperpigmentation and how you have to fight it, I couldn’t imagine you having much of an issue. But, you did and it was so apparent when you forgot to conceal under your eyes when you were testing out a product that was a primer to give makeup a glass like appearance. I see videos of you now all the time with NO makeup on and it is incredible to see the difference. You are living proof that you know what you’re doing and from 2 or 3 years ago, you have turned back the clock, sister! You were beautiful no matter what, but there were things I wouldn’t have even noticed if I hadn’t heard you talk about it in recent videos that I can now see you really did struggle with before, even a little bit of a downward smile. I have one side that goes up and the other goes down, so to see improvements from the person who is giving the advice is so encouraging! You’re a natural beauty, but the proof is in the pudding. I know you’ve mentioned that you teach putting in extensions, you teach all of us who feel like we know you, research, and all that goes on behind the scenes with your social media and blogs, you are a wife and mother. I don't know when you sleep! Thank you so much for opening my eyes to better skincare and devices. You're amazing!!!
