You are absolutely correct. You have to do a vid at some point showing off the model. :)
I suggested, on the community, that Aptera should make another run of the model for accelerator customers. It would have a plate that identify this was a special accelerator version, with their order number, matching the vehicle purchased, for investors. It would be nice if you could promote this idea on your RUclips video.

@@theninjineer Doesn't seem like it. Just rechecked the emails and I don't see it in anything. Its unfortunate that with only 1000 many Aptera supporters didn't notice the item was available before it was already gone; I only noticed due to the ambassador discord. 2000-3000 would almost certainly have still sold out within 1-2 days.

Shipping body parts to California and sending CPC personnel to train Aptera employees in how to assemble the bodies makes a LOT more sense than shipping fully built bodies from Italy.

Anybody heard when they are going to send out the accelerator final Aptera numbering order? I'm dying to find out what my number is.
We were told an update maybe end of Sept... But it seems more along the lines of they'll be done when they're done.
Word right now is end of September, but like Achilles said it could take longer.

The batteries made from recycled materials will likely be better than the original batteries were.
Yeah I did a bit more research for battery recycling. The fact that they don't have as many unneeded materials to separate from the metals with chemicals, the purity is mostly higher with less cost in chemicals and mining.

Yeah it is a little pricey, but I get the feeling it will be quite the collectible someday.
Too expensive for me for sure, but they need to raise money. Given how fast they sold out, they either should have charged more for each, or offered more for sale.

Hey Ho! This writer ordered one with success. As noted, I do not need one, BUT I surely WANTED one. He also wrote to Aptera HQ to request that they make MORE for those left out. The reply was, 'we underestimated the demand' and they 'will think about another run' of the item. It seems the numbers will be random.

Tesla 2 model will be $1999, and it will be the “comparable” machine. It is due Dec of 2024. I think Aptera is nice but outta my price range. I still have a couple years to decide.
