Goated video, saved me from a forgotten passcode of around 10 years ago. If anyone’s wondering you have to be on a desktop tab for things like adding the console I BELIEVE, so either use a PC or hit the 3 dots at the bottom of your browser and tap “request desktop site”
It's official. This is the ONLY way you're certain to get rid of the parental restrictions. It's a lottery with all the different codes so save yourself time and follow these instructions. Thank you for doing this video 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

i had the same problem, Thats because your microsoft account is not an adult account, create a new microsoft account and make sure the date birth is an adult one then add your xbox device and the restore code button should appear
A big thank you. Registered the Xbox 360 on my Microsoft account and was able to get the reset key.

Thank goodness I saved a copy of my NAND dump lol. I watched this video and was able to load it up and get the reset done. Funny thing though, after reset everything was untouched except the parental block. That was gone.
I dont see the reset passcode button
If you click the 3 dots to the right of Devices and click on View all devices.
The option should be near the bottom.
(If you are using PC then to the right of Devices, click view all devices) 😎

Yes. You have to type the code + your personalcode in one try. Not both separate. Lol. That was my mistake

I registered the 360 to my microsoft account through the serial number, but would've Never think to click the checkbox just below asking to reset settings.

Thx for the info. I jailbreaked over 30 consoles and after so many years today i had this issue the first time. Never ran into this problem. Wanted to test a multi disk game after jailbreaking a trinity and setting everything up and then this showed up. I solved it via jrunner 3.1. 😂 thx for the video 👍

I did it on my phone no reset. Logged onto laptop device was still there an no reset. Removed device and added it again and wullaa there was the reset if that helps anyone out 🤙
