Ingredients:

Flour 180 gr
Butter 90 gr
1 egg, salt 3 gr
for the filling
1 egg yolk
1 egg
100 ml heavy cream
100 ml milk
nutmeg
salt, pepper
for stuffing

350 gr spinach
2-3 garlic cloves
