Best recipe, you're absolutely right. I love it. I didn't have any yogurt or cottage cheese so I diluted some cream cheese with vegetable broth. I've tried two of your recipes now, top notch, you rock.
I used a simple immersion stick blender, left out the baking powder (forgot) and cooked the pie in my fan oven at 165° Celsius for 50 min (I made a double batch in a 35x22 cm dish, so probably slightly thicker than in the recipe). It’s absolutely delicious! Thank you! (Anybody else had lots and lots of tiny brown bits coming out of the red lentils while rinsing them? I’ll make sure I’ll always rinse them thoroughly from now on...)

I think that in addition to dried dill, I will use dried mint, and another time I'll use dried tarragon. That will be three times, each one a different flavor simply by changing the dried herb 😊
