Grandma's spinach recipe amazed everyone! Everyone should try it!
INGREDIENTS:
Spinach 500g
Olive oil
1 red onion
2 cloves of garlic
3 eggs
Milk 120ml
Flour 150g
Salt and pepper
Optional chili pepper
Greek Feta 200g
Grated mozzarella 100g
Fresh parsley
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes

This recipe was great. We added a green cayenne chillie (remove seeds, chop fine) and chopped ham slices, to use them up. It was awesome! We also substituted Pepper Jack cheese for the Feta. We might have fundamentally altered the flavor, but it's a super stable recipe, and handles lots of substitutions real well.

It won't taste good in the microwave. But you can use 7 minutes you can cook it in air fryer. or in an oiled pan and flip on 2 sides. Enjoy your meal 🥰❤️
