The quiches were absolutely delicious and I plan on making them again soon! Your recipes and instructions are so clear, easy, and a joy to watch. I especially love your holiday recipes and am looking forward to them as winter approaches! I made these for my friends and they went down a treat. Gonna make some more now. Thanks John much appreciated. Unfortunately I can't taste them as I have lost my taste buds due to chemo and radiation therapy which is very annoying and frustrating. But as long as everyone else enjoys them I'm happy with that

Just made these as go-to bites for the holidays. Oooooh mama. Didn't have any broccoli , replaced that with some asparagus I had in the freezer from my garden. Grilled the spears off first to get rid of excess water. I'll have to do another batch of course, no way these are going to last.

Well, now I'm hungry and it's 2:30 in the morning, but this sounds super good. I'll have to try a good variety of fillings. I don't really have anyone to share these with, so I guess I'll just have a lot of quiche to myself that's okay, though. When I get money, I want to start learning how to cook. I'm probably gonna start with simply baking some squash and zucchini and maybe put it in some alfredo. Eventually I'll get around to this.

I haven’t ever tried hot water pastry but you’ve made it look so simple!
I do bite size quiches usually around Xmas, salmon and cream cheese is a favourite of my husband, my mums favourite is a 3 cheese and onion but I love bacon and Brie!
Doing them mini means you can always mix up the flavours too fairly easily.
I often make 3 different fillings, 4 of each, but I always snaffle the salmons ones first 😂🤣😂, crispy fried Smokey lardons is another favourite, the combinations are endless tho, plenty room for experimenting. I've only recently found your channel as I'm trying to take on a more adventurous hobby of food preparation because I just don't really ever cook or bake anything if it's not in a box with instructions, and you make time on the kitchen seem like an absolute delight. The first video from your channel I watched was the Scotch Pie recipe. I loved your tone, your easy approach, and the patience in your voice when explaining things. So much, in fact, that I ordered some of the smaller pie tins that I very much look forward to using in my endeavors to duplicate that video. These Quiches look amazing and easy as well, so I'll put them on my list of "things to do"... Question: For these quiches, I would imagine that I could also use the mini pie tins that I bought to make slightly larger sized portions, or would the structural integrity from the larger diameter be questionable?
