the hamburger in the rolls were not cooked and the juice that squeezes out is grease....when you cook raw hamburger at such a low temp it then metabolizes into food poisoning.

Sorry but I had to laugh at the sausage rolls being a genius idea. I grew up with my mum making them and I have made them also. I have never put bacon into them but I have used carrots. Maybe it is an Australian thing to have home made sausage rolls.
