The best caramel pudding | Caramel custard | Spanish flan | Restaurant Style | Dessert recipes

As a big caramel lover, I am delighted to present this amazing recipe. Try this out and I am sure this will be a regular family favourite.
INGREDIENTS
PUDDING
Whole eggs- 2 nos
Egg yolks- 2 nos
Full fat milk- 1½ cup ( or mix together 1½ cup of water & 5 Tbsps of milk powder)
Sugar- 5½ Tbsps
Vanilla extract- ¾ tsp
CARAMEL
Granulated white sugar- 5 Tbsps
Water- 1 Tbsp
