    Sitting in Seiza is hard enough, imagine you need to spontaneously launch yourself into an advantages position to draw your sword to react to imminent danger.
    This video is an extension to the previous warmup videos to work on the basic muscles required for our Japanese Swordsmanship training. The secret to good manoeuvring from Seiza position lies on our thighs, and this muscle emphasise on it.
