Curious if you feel that just an Obi and a short sword would suffice? I understand why you are trying for the Hakama feel with the two belts, but it seems like maybe a simple Obi would work? Thanks for you channel... just discovered it and love it!

Yes, as you say it's just a way to simulate how the sword wrest with the double belt to simulate the hakama, but an obi alone would work too, but perhaps depends on tightness the sword might fall/rest slightly differently. Atleast that's how I feel when I made this video back then 🤭
