I cook breakfast for one on my 36”, breakfast, lunch, and diner. I bought the 36” so if if I needed more room I have it. I love my Blackstone.
Todd, brother what a great breakfast. My wife and i make that same breakfast all the time. What i recommend is try the red pimento in your potatoes. It's great brother. I always say this, I Love Your Channel!!!!! This breakfast looks Awesome. That is the way I like my eggs, as I say Straight Up! My preference over ketchup (I like ketchup) would be Cholula which I would apply to the potatoes and eggs. Man does that breakfast make me hungry. Merry Christmas to you and your family. Hey Todd I got a new 32 inch Blackstone griddle coming on Friday. My wife Theresa got it for me for Christmas. She’s the reason I know you because her first husband’s brother Kevin goes hunting with you. Anyhow the jam you get from Pennsylvania is it from a town called Conneautville?? Hey there. Thanks for watching When the food is hot, I pull it off the griddle, and we go in the house and eat it. Merry Christmas! Filming videos is a pain because obviously, lots of stuff involved with making it look right on camera. If you’re just cooking and eating it. You just cook it, go in the house and eat it.

Big problem I see with a griddle is black oil residu that contaminates eggs or other porous food
Awesome breakfast!! I’m not a hunter..I’m a city girl from Jersey. But…you as a hunter, is there such a “thing”, as elk bacon, or prong horn bacon? I know bacon is pork..as jerky can be chicken, beef, or turkey. Just asking. TIA. 👍👍

As a senior citizen, there are too many potatoes in this breakfast for one person. Calories do count. 1,400 a day or I will balloon up to unbelievable size. 😁😁😫😩☠️
