Awesome looking breakfast, I also have the 22in Adventure table, I went to Walmart to the RV section and picked up a couple of little bubble levels, and got my griddle leveled out and then attach them to the table, so now when I set the table up I know my griddle will be level.
I must admit that I am impressed with your multitasking skills...You had a lot going on at the same time...Great video...The food looked wonderful...Thanks...
I bought my first griddle about 3 weeks ago I chose the 28" over the 36" Blackstone. Even after setting it up and seasoning I was still having some regrets about not going with the 36" until I saw how much you have going on with the 22". It takes some creative griddle management when cooking multiple items at the same time but you're videos have been an inspiration and I feel much better about my choice now.
I think the 28 is a great size. I actually have two 28" Blackstone's and you would be surprised how much food you get on them. "Griddle Management" is the key lol... Thanks for watching...
I have a 16" that i cook on mostly. I have a bigger griddle. but i mainly just cook for my wife and me. My kids arent that old yet and my son likes pancakes and bacon but that is about it. and he doesnt eat much so i dont need to cook much. I have found out the 16 works pretty good once I figured out how to cook on it. I like the bigger one but rarely find myself using it. Plus I like the portability of the 16 inch. That is why i bought it and find myself using it more.
Oh Heck Yeah Mike!..... this breakfast is definitely a classic especially on a Saturday Morning you definitely scored a "HOMERUN" on this one well done my brother. You and the family stay safe and be good out there. Cheers!
@@cookingwithbigcat LOL... I knew it was sausage. I just meant flat tops were made for cooking burgers and big breakfast like that! Delicious video bud!
Man that was truly informative as far as the space usage Big Mike. I just got a 28” Blackstone so now I have an idea how to utilize my space. Hopefully I can get similar results, that breakfast looked delicious . Gratitude sir🙏🏽
The grill you have is really nice. I'd like to live out in southern California where the weather is warm year round and cook breakfast outdoors in the morning.
I'm in Miami not SoCal but close enough lol. I've been using my electric Blackstone E-Series griddle which is for indoors. You should check it out. I know it's not the same as outdoor cooking but still useful. Thanks for stopping by!!!
I like your slow cooking approach. I keep it low and manageable and seldom “goof it up”. I like my eggs clean looking and using the “ring” works well. Great Job I’m subscribing and coming back. In my opinion most RUclips Blackstone Chefs cook (way too fast). Bacon is perfect . I like it. Thanks Dan
Enjoyed your video. I am new to Blackstone grilling so I am very interested when you adjust your heat up or down. A little narrative on what you are doing and why would help. Thank you.
just got my 36" yesterday...size aside its like using cheat codes to cook...cant cook on the stove to save my life especially bacon/eggs...after i seasoned the grill i threw a pound of bacon on for some burgers and it cooked how i always thought it was supposed to lol
Ok BigCat 305 I see that you are a Big fella but that was a dream breakfast 🥞 🍳 do you share your always eating alone.... I love watching you guy working on the BlackStone Grill, I don’t have one but I I ever get my hands on one I will use all your Recipes because you make it look easy brother ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Breakfast !!! 👍🏾🙏🏾
I cooked an omelet on my 17 inch Blackstone, yesterday. I often use it instead of my 36 inch Blackstone for quick and dirty meals. I cooked supper last night on the 17, too - sirloin steak over melted butter. I cooked shrimp fried rice and shrimp scampi on my 36 the night before. The one thing I wish the 17 had is a cool side ( two burners, like your 22 inch Blackstone).. I do have it connected to a 20# cylinder but I still have it so I can make it portable with one pound cylinders. I do not use rings for eggs. I just crack them on the edge of the Blackstone and fry them. Sometimes I even turn them over easy. I like bread cooked on the griddle, too. Learned to eat it toasting it in a frying pan after cooking bacon over a camp fire. I am an outdoorsman. I have not cooked flap jacks on my griddles, yet, but have cooked lots of French toast on both griddles.
Now do you go eat your food and stuff before you clean your Blackstone or do you clean it before it gets cold and everything gets stuck to it please comment back thank you very I just purchased one and I'm looking on RUclips for tips you made my mouth water everything but the a pancakes I don't do pancakes I woulda did more bacon I love my bacon thank you very much I hope you comment back
I usually eat first and then clean. Before I clean I just crank up the Blackstone and wait a few minutes to heat it back up. Super easy to clean the Blackstone.
On the 22inch do you have to use a small propane tank or can you use a big one also, how long does the small propane last? You know the green canisters from Walmart
Thanks for the comment. You can use the large tank as well with the adapter that should have came with the 22". If not they sell those at Walmart. The green canisters will last you somewhere between an hour or two of cooking. The large tank is the way to go unless you are taking it somewhere like camping, beach, etc... Hope this helps...
Hello Mike....ur videos hv inspired me to buy my 22" blackstone griddle which is on its way. Expecting it to get delivered within a couple of days. Pretty excited to follow some of ur videos and cook my meals. My only concern is that mine has black surface like yours instead of bare steel. Did u hv any issue with its coating? I mean any instance of chip-off etc. Thanking you in anticipation. keep posting to inspire people to join blackstone family....
Thanks RS. When you get yours it will not be black like mine. To get it black you have to season it and cook on it several times. There are several videos showing you the process. To answer your question about chipping, it's cold rolled steel which will not chip. Once you season it the surface will turn black with a coat of oil that if not maintained properly it could chip. But there are easy fixes for that. Just make sure you don't cook on it and wait a day or two before you clean it and you'll be fine. I usually cook on it, eat, and then clean it within an hour or so after I'm done eating. It only takes 5 minutes to clean it. Hope this helps...
Thanks David, I got those in a Blackstone accessory kit from Walmart. I would suggest looking on Amazon, there are a bunch of different ones and probably a lot less expensive.

Hey Peter, thanks for stopping by. The brand is Expert Grills and I got it at Walmart in the section where they have all the griddling accessories. Works great...
Almost to 5K buddy! You make it look easy. You mentioned medium low heat, what temp is that? 300-350 I would guess? Cool egg rings. Now if you’ll excuse I have to go cook breakfast!
Thanks Todd. Yeah the 22" runs pretty hot so with the nobs on low it's around 325-350 which is what I would consider medium low. Enjoy your breakfast buddy!!!
If it's just a little surface rust you can sand it down on the rusty spots and then re-season. If it's really bad you may have to strip the surface and re-season. I bought my 28" from Walmart and they left it in the patio area uncovered and it had some surface rust. I was able to sand just the spots with the rust. Check out my buddy Hussey's video on how to strip the whole surface if you think you might need that. Here is the link: ruclips.net/video/Qr-ucjga7Co/видео.html Good luck!!!
