Thanks Big Dee!! It is definitely tricky and I have burned a few crusts. The trick is to take is slow and keep the heat pretty low unless you raise it like I did on this one.

I am very curious as to why we haven't seen the 28" BLACKSTONE. I am going to purchase a flat top and would really value you opnion. Great videos and looking forward to your next cook👍👍👍
Thanks John. The 28" is at another house that we have that I only get to once a month or so. I did shoot a video on it a few weeks ago that should be releasing soon. So far no major complaints. The only issues I have are: 1. It's a little shorter than your regular cooking surface by about 4"s or so. So like your stove top or a regular grill is set at 36" height and this is about 32"ish height. Not really a big deal since most cooks on the Blackstone are quick. Also, if you are really tall (I'm 6'1" and it doesn't really bother me) you can buy bed risers that help. 2. There really aren't any wind guards on the back or sides so if it's a windy day you will have issues. Easy fix, you can buy stainless steel veggie choppers from Dollar Tree for a $1 each and they work great. 3. This is an "Adventure" Blackstone which means it's portable but the 2 wheels are pretty small. So just trying to wheel it from the garage to the backyard is a mission. Not a big deal for most but I thought I would mention. All in all, I LOVE the extra cooking surface from the 22" and would recommend it just for that reason. Hope this helps and thanks for watching!!!
Ive had the 36" FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS NOWADAYS NOT AS MUCH TRAFFIC BUT ALWAYS READY ya won't even believe some traffic at times being ITALIAN and handicapped

Just because it's a different cut of a pig, doesn't change the fact that it's all 1 type! How about a 5 animal pizza, I use at least 5 animals (sometimes more than 7) 5 non-yellow cheeses, 5 peppers, 5 onions, various mushrooms & olives, plus extras. It's like saying theres a dif tween a taco, burrito, & whatever else they make up - it's all the exact same damn thing, just a different type of mess & more grease!

Fresh garlic? From a jar?…c’mon. More sauce…you pre baked the crust, sauce should be fine.
Thanks Brian, appreciate your input.
@@cookingwithbigcat I’m certain the end result tasted amazing… I can’t wait to try one on my Blackstone. Thanks for the idea!
Thanks Stephen, appreciate the comment.
Make me a sandwich!
Yeah Meatball subs are one of my favorite!!!
That's not a morreties pizza
If you're talking Morretis pizza in Chicago not it is not. Chicago is one of the few cities I have not been too and am dying to go. It's on my list for sure. Thanks for watching!!!
