    I want to move to a small city that is growing pretty quickly so that hopefully the house I buy now will go up in value as the city expands, I was originally interested in Temecula but that’s said and done, it’s already as expensive as the Bay Area🤣 do you have any other recommendations? I know Perris is one of them, some parts of Moreno Valley too, and of course menifee and Hemet, I was also originally looking into Victorville and Hesperia but I heard those places are very dangerous and I can’t stand the hot weather, I want to stay close to the bay, any feedback would be helpful🙏

      Menifee and Beaumont are the way to go for growth! Fasting growing cities in the Southern California area.

      @@LIVINGINSOUTHCALIFORNIA what are the major differences between the two? If you don’t mind me asking

    • @LIVINGINSOUTHCALIFORNIA
      @LIVINGINSOUTHCALIFORNIA  Год назад

      Menifee is definitely more developed, better location In my own opinion.
      Beaumont is little more affordable, it’s still considered to be a smaller town.
      Biggest difference is population, both have great outlooks in the future.

    Menifee is perfect because it isn’t so expensive like Temecula, but it’s also not so dangerous like San Bernardino, Perris in the other hand is Moreno Valley + Hemet except there’s little to no good in it, Perris is one of the unsafest cities to drive in within the IE

    I lived in menifee for 3 years in an apartment and it got super expensive and I was going to school so I moved to Riverside ca with my in laws but my husband and I want to buy a house soon and I know Perris is cheaper but has crime. Which area has less crime. I mainly lived in Temecula all my life lol and we kinda want to stay between riverside and Temecula because of both sides of the family.

    • @LIVINGINSOUTHCALIFORNIA
      @LIVINGINSOUTHCALIFORNIA  Год назад

      That’s definitely a great question, overall Menifee has less crime.

      @@LIVINGINSOUTHCALIFORNIA it's crazy beautiful in Temecula. Moreno valley is okay. I've been to Hemet, Murrieta, etc. They all feel deserted. I know it's the desert, but feels so depressing here. Like you're in the middle of nowhere, which we pretty much are. Temecula doesn't feel like that for me.
