You sold us our home here 6 yrs ago. We were happy til it started changing last year. The house is great! And we have some hefty equity gained. Just the economy has changed and families are piling up into one home.
You forgot Morgan park… the highlight of the 4th of July.

As a resident of perris for 8 years I’ve noticed a lot of negative things.
Our city council is the worst. With over 100 warehouses and 30 more approved (including a 2 million square foot warehouse right next to Railway Elementary) I can say the mayor doesn’t care about the communities health.
People here go to Walmart, Rite Aid, and In N Out FOR FUN! Do you know how many times I had my neighbor tell me “Lets go to Stater Bros?”
This city does not prioritize bicycle and pedestrian safety, and all our police force effort goes towards ticketing kids on ATV’s
The buildings are falling apart, potholes, overgrown weeds, broken glass, homeless, and trash everywhere.
Honestly who wants to move to perris? No one is gonna move in to those new houses for 500 grand, there’s nothing to do here for people my age

Sounds like you're ready to move on from Perris. If you did, where do you think you would rather go?

@@JoseSepulvedaSoCalRealtor Definitely out of state, the internal problems in California are getting out of hand. It’s not just a local city government level, this is statewide. On top of that governor newsom has ruined California with record crime rates, absurd laws, and having the highest taxes & gas prices in the country. Thousands of employees have been laid off thanks to his $20 wage increase, and I’m not too far away since I only get 1 day a week, 3 hours a day! California should be a red state but SF, SD, & LA are all liberal cities that drag the rest of the state down.
