I am one of the few people on this planet that could say they moved from Perris in 92 to ELA and I knew of PMV, only to go to ELA and have to live amongst the real Maravillas! I went from PMV to Frasier/Moeriya Maravilla hood... it was MYA MV hood at the time but FRMV started to take over. The difference is laughable. ELA was unbelievable active during those years whereas PMV had a little spot they stayed in in early 90s but blacks were more active.
