Bought my wife a black SR5 Premium 4x4 with 3rd row seats for the kiddos. Then I bought myself a red SR5 4x4 to for an off roader build. We love these trucks!
Got my 2024 TRD ORP in September in Black for under MSRP. Couldn’t be happier with it. NA V6, bullet proof 5-speed, hydraulic power steering, manual transfer case, analog gauges, no iPad screen sticking up from the dash…no complaints. Put Mickey Thompson Baja Boss tires on it, undercoating (in the rust belt), paint protection film, ceramic coating, window tint, blacked out interior/lug nuts, etc. Such a sharp looking truck that will last forever.
Just got back yesterday from a road trip (LA to South Rim Grand Canyon) and put about 1,200 miles in total on my new 2024 TRD ORP and I absolutely loved it. I’m so excited to take it on more road trips (next one is to Mammoth during the winter). It’s such a beautiful thing to drive and I’m so glad I was able to get all the features I wanted on it. Great video!
2018 Cavalry Blue TRD Pro. It was my dream 4x4. Even today I still can't believe I own one and that I able to go to the places it has taken me. This Toyota will be a family heirloom for sure.
I love that I can drive mine all the time and rack up the miles, because, who cares how many miles it has on it? Don't mess with the stock configuration. It's already a design masterpiece. If you lift it, you'll have front drive shaft problems that you would never have had if you just left it stock. I got the TRD Pro and I love the suspension. It gives it a sporty "Baja" style ride. You can launch it at 45mph over train tracks and catch air and you won't hurt it at all...
I agree that's the best part, I've never been less concerned to put tons of miles on a vehicle and that's a nice feeling. If I do lift it I won't go crazy, I think I'd like to raise it to the TRD Pro height, about an inch but we’ll see
The honeymoon phase isn’t over at just 3,000 miles cause It never ends. I have 150,000 hard miles on my 2018 4runner and I love it more now than I did when I bought it brand new. Honeymoon phase literally never ends. If you gush over it and truely love your vehicle, you will feel even more strongly as time goes on, especially a timeless old school yet charming truck with a lot of character like the 4Runner
@@andyham6094 150,000 miles in six years it’s quite a journey, which leads to my question. Any tips on what to look out for, or issues that may pop up or areas of maintenance that you might advise on? Thank you in advance.
Great video. My 2024 Limited just hit 3,000 miles. It’s a solid truck. I have a few minor issues. Underground color paint easily chips and my driver seat squeaks. Other than that, I’m happy.
Great review. I went in to buy a white Land Cruiser late September and left with a white 4Runner ORP. Mine has the Nitto Grapplers and the Toyota rock rails added on in case I ever go off road... 🙂. Love it!
I just got a 2024 Off Road Premium in solar octane. I still own my 1996 4Runner SR5 with 250,000 miles. I never modified my 96 and won’t with the new 2024. I always needed a vehicle to get me to the good camping spots
Just bought a 2024 SR5 before they stop production of the 5th Gen. It's my fourth 4Runner. My first one (and most favorite one) was a 1997 SR5. My stock SR5 gets 24-26 MPG highway. My average city only MPG is 18.5. Compare that to my wife's 2023 Subaru Outback that gets 19 MPG city only. People are all excited about the 6th Gen getting 21 MPG. The difference from the 5th Gen IMO is negligible. What people don't realize is that the 6th Gen fuel economy has more to do with emissions than with improved MPG.
Great review. I traded in my 2022 Tacoma TRD Off Road for a 2024 4Runner ORP. -4Runner has extremely smooth gear shifting and no gear hunting -I did not care for dual zone/auto climate in the Tacoma, I think it's a gimmick -4Runner climate controls are so simple you can change them without thinking or looking -4Runner corners better even without KDSS than the Tacoma -No KDSS means less to fix or maintain -Tacoma back seat is much smaller than the 4Runner and does not recline -Auto lights are nice, but many times they don't turn on in certain weather/time of the year and only your DRL are on and no taillights -4Runner build quality and comfort are everything I wished the Tacoma was minus the bed
My 5th Gen 4Runner absolutely hunted gears. As soon as you encounter an incline it can't decide which gear to be in. I loved my 4Runner for around town and on forest roads, plowing through snow etc - but it was laborious on road trips and the seats get uncomfortable due to an odd driving position. It was a fun vehicle but I found it to be overrated.
As a 2024 TRD Off Road Premium owner I think you've nailed it. Just stock this thing is a *beast* with moderately technical off road in the CA desert. BFG KO3s not only give a huge boost off road, but the on road ride and tracking will improve over the garbage stock tires. Another miss would be the tendency of the dash and head unit to get scratched from dust and dirt. Great vid.
Thanks! I'm looking forward to upgrading tires. How is road noise with the KO3s compared to stock? I do a lot of highway miles so hoping to maintain the quietness on long trips
@@MakingMonroe I was actually concerned a bit about the noise, but the KO3s are not really noisy at all. I took my first road trip with the ORP on the OEM tires and was not happy with the wandering road manners that I chucked up to just the old-school suspension that I would have to live with. I got the KO3s primarily for off roading, but was pleasantly surprised the KO3s cured the poor road manners as well. There's a lot of tech in these tires. They are so capable stock. All you need is better tires and it's a beast. Too many people waste money modding these for little/no ROI. Keep it stock and enjoy it.
I remember seeing your S4 review pop up on my recommended and was surprised to see this also pop up a few months later. I've always loved the 5th Gen 4Runner even though I had a 2016 Tacoma TRD Sport 4x4. I loved the look of the 5th Gen (especially in the Underground color you have) and always wanted to have one but ran out of luck looking for a 2024 TRD ORP from a dealer without insane market adjustment. I ended up choosing a 2024 Land Cruiser in the 1958 Trim. I've only had it for 11 days and I already drove over 2000 miles in it (AZ to KS when I picked it up from a dealer near my parents' home, and a weekend trip up to NE). It's an enjoyable drive, has tasteful new tech without being in-your-face, and looks killer. But like you said, time will tell with the Turbo 4 Hybrid's longevity.
2024 with 5k mile under her belt and 1 month of ownership. She got me safely on a turn and burn trip from Virginia where I purchased her all the way back to alaska
My 2024 TRD Off-road had the auto dim for headlights, I suggest you play around with your knobs. I love mine, same as you it will outlive me. I also have 2002 4Runner with 350,000 miles I use for my dogs and runs like new
Highly recommend a suspension upgrade. I put bilstein 5100s on mine a few months after getting it this year. Makes it feel so much more planted and responsive. Even the brakes felt like new due to the reduced nose dive
Thank you for the video. 8K on our 2024 ORP and having the same excellent experience. From Costco to forest service roads here in Washington State, it's super easy and very confident. The dealer set my headlights to be "auto-on" (default to leaving headlights on + auto high beams on with light stock pushed forward?) - but you have to double-press the remote lock button upon exit to shut them off. I'm saving fun mods for later when I get bored. So far, I love the stock setup.
If you're running trails somewhat often in the mountains then I would strongly recommend a small lift and some tires. My 24' ORP has KDSS so a 2" Bilstein lift was all I could do, but you need at least that to get 33"s on. I've got Falken Wildpeak AT3W's and couldn't be happier. Very little noise and a massive upgrade in off road performance. Plenty of other great tire options like BFG's out there too. I drove mine a couple thousand miles stock and haven't noticed much of a difference in on road performance since the upgrades other than MPGs. The slight offset and more aggressive tires make them look so much better in my humble opinion. I live near big mountains out west and OR/ORP/TRD Pro's are everywhere for good reason (not to mention SR5's and Limited's.) Most I see are lifted. It's not going to crawl like a Jeep or something else with solid front axles/lockers, but it's going to handle everything else like a champ. I've got rock sliders and some better armor underneath, in addition to some cosmetic/functionality upgrades so i'm a bit above $60k in at this point - Which is about what you're going to pay for a TRD Pro in my area. So, for about the same price I've got more clearance, better, bigger tires, actual rock sliders with better armor, and I have the MTM the Pro has without the (imo) stupid roof basket. I'll be getting something much better down the line that has far more functionality, and the stock rack that came with my ORP is just fine for now. Your ORP without KDSS actually has a lot more potential than mine, you can lift higher and start chopping things up to get 35's on if that's what you want to do, or even add a solid front axle/locker. Most of the serious builds I see out here are done on non KDSS 4runners for that very reason. Sky's the limit for you dude. Enjoy it. I will never sell mine, and after a few more years will have it built out just the way I want it (roof rack, lights, front bumper/winch, a rear bumper that gets my spare up in the air for that sweet departure angle, and wheels, among a few other things.) Mine eats trails up to 5's and 6's right now with no problems, and as long as there aren't large obstacles I'll be trying even more difficult trails in the Spring. Look forward to seeing what you do with yours. I agree that you don't need to do anything at all if your use case doesn't require it. Thanks for reading my book. Cheers Edit: My Bilsteins are 6112/5160 setup
Great review. I ended up buying an Off Road...not Premium. Didn't want a sunroof. Wanted cloth seats. Stock except for new tires. The 6th gen is just gonna be more expensive and more complex. I'm set with what I have.
OP starts off "Built for reliability" as I cannot do anything else but stare at the unidentified object of unknown origin on the hood. 🤣I got a 24 Pro and I have around 1660 miles. I love the flaws and shortcomings. Gives it charm. Keep it stock.
2024 Toyota 4runner ORP owner with KDSS for 5 months. No complaints and I enjoy the ride. Hard to find a new 2024 4Runner at the dealerships now in SoCal.
@@MakingMonroe I never owned a 4Runner before so I can't tell you the difference between KDSS and non KDSS. My wife's car is a 2017 Lexus NX200T and the smoothness of the 4Runner is about the same with the KDSS.
Got a 2024 TRD ORP with KDSS and absolutely love it!!! Only 1500 miles but really am enjoying it. Gonna put it to the test in the winter in the North and hopefully go to out west next year. Great review
The Limited is very stable on the road. The full time 4 wheel drive is a hidden gem especially with that torsen centre differential….the XREAS makes the vehicle stable however if those hydraulic fluid starts to leak on those shocks, start praying…I heard that they are very expensive.
Awesome presentation and video quality. I have a 2014 trail premium. 95k miles. I feel rough and tough driving with my MT tires lol plenty of deserts to run and mountains in Nevada
Great follow up review. I love everything about my '24 except for the KDSS. Wish I had skipped that but too late now. I agree its great to have a vehicle that is up for whatever you're going to do and wont let you down. I'm glad to have got a new one before there gone.
It does look like a Nintendo DS for sure. Upgrade the bulbs on the tail lights, upgrade license plate lights and install a hitch light and at least you'll be able to see when you back up lol.
Thank you! and yes good point of clarification! The limited has the full-time AWD with the torsen center diff, but that is separate from XREAS, which is also different from KDSS. Could probably make a video on these two alone lol thanks for watching!
Hey man I just want to thank you for a really great down-to-earth review from a family man's perspective. I appreciate your perspective on how it performs in everyday life with the family probably the bulk of owners will be looking at them. I'm trying to decide between a tundra 4Runner right now but I hadn't even considered the offering premium. We were looking at the SR5 premium version because they're less expensive. And I don't like the 4-cylinder hybrids until you try one. We have a Lexus NX 300H and it's been phenomenal! About the same power as the 4runner actually with better gas mileage, of course. 170k and still going strong!
Thanks man really appreciate it. I try to cover more than just the specs, so glad to hear it's helpful. Are you looking at a 5th gen 4R vs a 2nd gen Tundra with the 5.7? I've owned them all, including the new tundra. I have reviews on both on the channel if you want to check them out. All great vehicles, 4R has the best build quality of all of them though, it's the only one built in the Tahara plant in Japan. 2021 tundra though is super spacious, very nice. Much less refinement in the cab though and fuel economy is tough. Really liked my 2023 Tundra too, less spacious cabin though and who knows about reliability long-term for the twin turbo V6. Just some food for thought
That's great, I like the SR5s a lot! Theres a guy who lives in my town, and parks a clean black bone-stock SR5 in our grocery store parking lot. I've always loved it. He must clean it everyday, it's always spotless. That SR5 is a big reason why I bought one lol wish I knew who drove it
I definitely love the GX, 4R is my second favorite to my GX460 but the 4R does have some advantages like price, resale, rear cargo room, ground clearance with stock bumper, and locking rear diff to name a few.
When i got mine (same TRD ORP) those mushy stock shocks had to go right away. And then I added the Banks throttle controller.. set it on city mode..It's a great driver now. Has just the right mix of tech and old school knobs that i love ! And the lever 4WD is my jam as well. And I fully agree with the wire carplay being a pain. Small annoyance for all it does well though. .Nice vid ! Install a set of Bilstein 5100 shocks and get rid of the nose dive and boat feeling.. it is a great low cost upgrade.
@@MakingMonroe yes I did.. it's a huge improvement the vehicle feels more planted, and less Caddilack floaty... better handling with less body roll and dive without being harsh. I set the fronts at the .85" setting to reduce the factory rake slightly..makes the stance better.
37000 miles on my 22 TRD pro. No regrets, plan on running it forever. If anyone buys a 5th gen 4Runner, and regrets it, then they didn’t know what they were doing in the first place! It’s exactly what I wanted when I bought it, or I wouldn’t have bought it!! Duh…
Thank you very much Sorry I’m 62 years old without social media but RUclips Little bit afraid of EBay If I find something under 600 I would buy Thanks again friend
I have a 2016 trd pro - I'm at 86,000 miles - I love this vehicle- I've also owned a land cruiser and fj cruiser but going fwd I'm just not going to buy a 4 cylinder truck from Toyota or anyone else - I'll probably grab a v8 Chevy Tahoe
I’m in the habit of trading in vehicles after 2-3 years of ownership. I’m on my second 4Runner though. ‘22 TRD Pro. Just about 19k miles so far. I’m not trading it. Maybe I would if the 6th gen had anything to offer me in terms of this level of reliability, fit and finish. Nope. I’m hoping to keep this another 15 years at least. I’m confident it’ll be fine for that and beyond.
I have an 18 4R SR5 4x4. It runs well, no issues. The mpg is actually decent. It is underpowered though. I can’t imagine driving it in Colorado or other high places. The new turbo engines once bulletproofed will be much better. I also like the spin on filters on the new turbo engines.
@ I mean, I don’t think a 4 cylinder turbo hybrid is ever going to be as bulletproof as a 6 cylinder NA engine. Too low displacement, hybrid issues, turbo longevity vs NA… I just think it’ll never be equal. Yeah, the 5th gen is underpowered but unless you’re towing even at high altitudes it doesn’t matter so much when you drive normally. You’re getting better performance but undoubtedly worse reliability and longevity by going to the 4 turbo hybrid.
@@Cortezuma If the turbo is done right it should be more reliable. There are fewer moving parts in a turbocharged I4 vs a NA V6. The problem with the V6 is the narrow power band and 5 speed auto. The torque converter saps power. The turbo 4 will run at less rpm as well contributing to better longevity.
We just bought a 24 TRD Pro. My husband got 23 on the hwy once with a tailwind and did not run cruze control on the downhills. I’ve been able to get 21 on the hwy.
Yeah I just don't think we've implemented tech correctly in a lot of vehicles. I don't want everything to be a screen in my car. Needs to be better integrated with the UX in mind
The rear window seems good on paper but the lore lies.. while driving the open rear window sucks on exhaust fume. The open window also lets in tons of dust. If emphasizing family duties, a gx460 would be waaaayy better
If you open other windows with it that doesn't happen. The back window rolling down is a great feature for so many reasons. Dogs, rear cargo access, transporting long lumber etc I never understood why they didn't add it to the GX and made a manual flip out one instead?
@ nope… sunroof, other windows down.. tried all permutations. You end up getting the egg smell more often than not. Ah yes the dog lore.. pupper getting a dose of exhaust while riding in the back with windows open.
@ it does not. It’s a function of speed.. once above 35mph, no additional open windows will force out the exhaust.. the suction effect in the rear is too strong… yes if I am driving slow with sunroof open, no smell
0:59 Why is your foot on the door paint? LOL are you trolling come on lol, I cant un see that. Thats like not using your utensils right when cutting a steak.
That 5 speed is the toughest shifter there is. I shift mine in Smode up and down as i need for speed. But hey, not alot will get over 200k miles without any worries. 😜

Cheers
Edit: My Bilsteins are 6112/5160 setup
Used to drive a Audi A4 just broke down after 130000miles with timing chain issue, brought 2018 TRD off road, love it so far!!
I traded an S4 in on this one, so I feel you!
Love my GX460 smooth ride and quite. Love the b8 on the start up
I have the same model and color. I got 360 miles on mone so far and i absolutely love it.
Nice Im loving the underground color
Would love to see the Magneson SC review.
Reliability and Capability. Exactly the reason to honor the vehicle.
Yes agreed 👍
I get 19 mpg in my 2016 4R
Love my 4R, probably will keep for a while.
Great review. I ended up buying an Off Road...not Premium. Didn't want a sunroof. Wanted cloth seats. Stock except for new tires. The 6th gen is just gonna be more expensive and more complex. I'm set with what I have.
Nice, I agree. What tires?
@@MakingMonroe Trying something new: Falken WildPeak A/T4W...
Is your watch a garmin fenix?! Just go a 2020 4Runner TRD Off Road and it was worth every dollar! Time to put my black out emblem kit on!
Nice congrats! And yes it is, Fenix 7X Solar I think
I bought a 2023 ORP in October of 2023. Just crossed 16k miles. Still in the honeymoon phase though... 🤣
Nice love to hear that 😂
OP starts off "Built for reliability" as I cannot do anything else but stare at the unidentified object of unknown origin on the hood. 🤣I got a 24 Pro and I have around 1660 miles. I love the flaws and shortcomings. Gives it charm. Keep it stock.
Lol those birds did me dirty after the carwash
2024 Toyota 4runner ORP owner with KDSS for 5 months. No complaints and I enjoy the ride. Hard to find a new 2024 4Runner at the dealerships now in SoCal.
Yeah I bet, how do you like KDSS? I had it in my GX and now I'm curious what I'm missing in the 4runner
Thanks appreciate that. Congrats on the new 4R. I miss winters up North, enjoy that thing in the snow!
The Limited is very stable on the road. The full time 4 wheel drive is a hidden gem especially with that torsen centre differential….the XREAS makes the vehicle stable however if those hydraulic fluid starts to leak on those shocks, start praying…I heard that they are very expensive.
Agree, I love that torsen. I had it in the GX460, and it's great. I have heard that about the XREAS too. Thanks for watching!
Awesome presentation and video quality. I have a 2014 trail premium. 95k miles. I feel rough and tough driving with my MT tires lol plenty of deserts to run and mountains in Nevada
Appreciate it! Lol I'll be getting a set of tires soon too, I get it
Great follow up review. I love everything about my '24 except for the KDSS. Wish I had skipped that but too late now.
I agree its great to have a vehicle that is up for whatever you're going to do and wont let you down. I'm glad to have got a new one before there gone.
Thank you and agree I'm really glad I decided to pick this thing up! Just curious, what don't you like about having KDSS?
I'm close to 11,000 on my 2024 Toyota Limited 😅. No regrets whatsoever. I've gotten 22 mpg on mine.
Same, no regrets! Sounds like you're racking up the miles nicely
Love it!! 😂 I dry heave when all the new KIAs suv, when they whizz by 🎉!! I have the same 4Runner, love it! ❤
😂
I got my wife a 24’ trd sport in solar octane earlier this year. Only complaint is the back up camera is comically bad.
It does look like a Nintendo DS for sure. Upgrade the bulbs on the tail lights, upgrade license plate lights and install a hitch light and at least you'll be able to see when you back up lol.
Lol this made me laugh
Solar octane! Nice!
Great video agree on all these points! Just to clarify, on the limited XREAS is suspension system, not permanent AWD.
Thank you! and yes good point of clarification!
Great review - I've got a 2019 TRD ORP and love it.
Thank you! Glad to hear you still love it.
@@MakingMonroe Just picked it up a few weeks ago and really stoked.
I got a 2023 SR5. love it ! It has everything I need
That's great, I like the SR5s a lot! Theres a guy who lives in my town, and parks a clean black bone-stock SR5 in our grocery store parking lot. I've always loved it. He must clean it everyday, it's always spotless. That SR5 is a big reason why I bought one lol wish I knew who drove it
oooof going from a GX to a 4R is interesting. I went from a 4R to the GX and it was the best thing I ever did.
I definitely love the GX, 4R is my second favorite to my GX460 but the 4R does have some advantages like price, resale, rear cargo room, ground clearance with stock bumper, and locking rear diff to name a few.
Another great review 👍🏼. Swapping out the front & rear valances with the black ones is a nice touch, imo.
These should be black from the factory
I actually like the silver ones.
Thank you! Agreed, I'm planning to do that or just get a steel bumper for the front.
They should
When i got mine (same TRD ORP) those mushy stock shocks had to go right away.
Good to know, I've been considering bilstein shock upgrade, is that what you did?
@@MakingMonroe yes I did.. it's a huge improvement the vehicle feels more planted, and less Caddilack floaty... better handling with less body roll and dive without being harsh. I set the fronts at the .85" setting to reduce the factory rake slightly..makes the stance better.
@ great to know thank you! I may go this route
Duh…
Yeah exactly, if you buy it for the right reasons you will love it. Thanks for watching!
As always, very comprehensive and thought provoking commentary. Spot on!!
Hey thank you really appreciate that!
Hi Do you interested in adding some LED upgrade to your truck? We hope to do some sponsorship with you!
I wish mine had KDSS too. Toyota had a big miss with not letting me order it for my truck.
GOT THE BEST TRIM AVAILABLE! LIMITED, IT'S BEAUTIFUL IN FORM & FUNCTION IN EVERYWAY !
Love that! Enjoy and thanks for watching
I have a sr5 premium and I’m looking for those trd premium wheels wandering where I can find them at low prices
I'd just FB marketplace, tons of wheels
Thank you very much
Sorry I’m 62 years old without social media but RUclips
Little bit afraid of EBay
If I find something under 600 I would buy
Thanks again friend
I have a 2016 trd pro - I'm at 86,000 miles - I love this vehicle- I've also owned a land cruiser and fj cruiser but going fwd I'm just not going to buy a 4 cylinder truck from Toyota or anyone else - I'll probably grab a v8 Chevy Tahoe
Yeah I understand, I'm not too excited about a 4cyl truck either. I'll report back if Toyota sends me one to test soon
@ It’s true but it’s also a lower displacement engine for a heavy vehicle, with the turbo picking up the slack. I just far prefer the NA peace of mind
Me too
I would definitely leave it stock.
Yeah I'm probably not going to go crazy, I like a clean look
How are you getting above 17+ mpg? I’ve never passed 16.7 when I was stock 😭
Wow really? I get 19-21 pretty often if I'm mixing in highway mileage
We just bought a 24 TRD Pro. My husband got 23 on the hwy once with a tailwind and did not run cruze control on the downhills. I’ve been able to get 21 on the hwy.
@ yep this^ me too
Amen brother 🙏🏽
🙌🏼Thanks for watching
21 to 23MPG?? lol give me a break. This is over what stretch of range as an average? Downhill in neutral?
Lol I know, sounds crazy. I have pictures. There was some downhill but mostly flat driving.
Would you rather have a 2024 silverado or a 2024 4runner?
Forunna
I like lack of tech too.
Yeah I just don't think we've implemented tech correctly in a lot of vehicles. I don't want everything to be a screen in my car. Needs to be better integrated with the UX in mind
Did ChatGPT write this?
Write what, the video? No it did not, why?
I average 16-17 mpg and I am mostly highway... 2024 TRD PRO
Same here. To get 23 hwy it must be all downhill with the engine off 😂
Might be because of lift and tires on the pro, I was getting this mileage on flat highways
Was getting about 20-21 mpg on highway, KDSS. Now with full roof rack, all-terrain LT tires, lift…. Now get about 17-18 on highway.
i bought mine 2K miles now it has 7K only had it for 2 months 😅
Lol nice, you drive a lot. Perfect vehicle for you then
GET THE OTT TUNE AND YOU WILL LOVE IT MORE!!!!
Great vehicle for a short family
Lol
Bought a 2024 3 weeks ago. Will hopefully be the last car I ever by
I'm sure it will certainly last long enough, congrats!
Should be every Jeep guy replacement 😊
Lol agreed, I used to daily drive a wrangler 392 and this is much nicer to daily
The only thing it doesn't offer is good mpg
I'm doing pretty good on mpg to be honest
Just get a wireless Android auto dongle and a center console tray with wireless charger - problem solved.
Yeah planning to try out one of the wireless varplay dongles soon!
I feel it right vehicle reliable all in one on the budget the 6th gen will get you more horse power on road
Agree, 5th gen does it all well! We will see about 6th gen. Hoping to test one soon.
So the wife didn’t come around and doesn’t want to drive it 😂🤣😂
6,000 miles on mine…..she hasn’t drove it once….not a bad thing imo
Thats why i gotta sun roof OPEN 😎 PROBLEM SOLVED. Sometimes you gotta think outside the box.
@ it does not. It’s a function of speed.. once above 35mph, no additional open windows will force out the exhaust.. the suction effect in the rear is too strong… yes if I am driving slow with sunroof open, no smell
@@Yoyomanmanholla had mine down today, no problems…
Has absolutely the most dog water mpg. Burger King foot lettuce gets better fuel economy
3000 miles lol. I drove 14k miles in 7 months back in 2018. Get out more!
2022 60k miles
Nice! You drive a lot
0:59 Why is your foot on the door paint? LOL are you trolling come on lol, I cant un see that. Thats like not using your utensils right when cutting a steak.
Haha fair point, idk what I was thinking. It sees way worse than that on the trail though, I must say. It's not a Porsche, I don't treat it like one 😆
Ancient 5-speed transmission? No thanks.
That 5 speed is the toughest shifter there is. I shift mine in Smode up and down as i need for speed. But hey, not alot will get over 200k miles without any worries. 😜
@Anomize23 I'd take a ZF8 any day. Best modern transmission made. Gives good performance and good fuel economy.
ZF8 is a great trans but the 5 speed in this is truly bulletproof
@MakingMonroe As is the ZF8. The difference is that the ZF8 also gives you performance and fuel economy.
Anyone with a hat on backwards has zero credibility. Looks special 🤷♂️
Ok boomer
Toyota 4Runner, it''s a car like others.Overrated
Lol disagree but hey, do you
Too bad its not a car though because clearly you haven’t driven one which doesn’t drive like a car to begin with.
