An easy to moderate hike starting at Mayberry Park in West Reno.
Not much shade on this hike, but since the trail follows the flume you can hop in the water or just dunk your hat / shirt / bandana at almost any time. The ‘hole in the wall’ is where the flume comes out of a pipe in the hillside.
A great place to take the dog for a walk. Not too many folks on the trail when we hiked it, but it was also close to 95 degrees out so that might explain it.
Lots of parking at Mayberry Park. Restrooms in the form of porta-potties as well. I didn’t see any water sources in the park, but since I had plenty already I didn’t really look for any.

I’m not sure. I don’t recall seeing any signs, but I wasn’t looking for them.
