However I did want to share with you and your subscribers that I eat pieces of raw ginger first thing, not much maybe an inch square, and some days it completely eradicates puffiness. This really works to get rid of puffiness on top of cheeks. I did combine this exercise however, with lymph clearing massage and it was really effective. Thanks for your great videos.
This works so well that I just do it every morning when I wake up. The fluid drains out just like you say. If you have the puffy eye bags, give it a go...you'll be amazed

Ms. Peta after seeing your video related to "laugh lines", I recently exercised my Laugh Lines. Prior to the exercise I looked in the mirror to see wrinkles, but then 30 minutes after applying pressure, they were gone in an instant. All i needed to do was exercise.....wow, cause my face felt way more relaxed than it was prior. I Thank You Personally. Blessings You have the "throne" :)

hi. i think this really works i have been having great discomfort in my righy eye. It feels heavy and irritable. After i did the exercise a few times, the clogged feeling in my eye felt less pronounced. Also my cheeks became very rosy though i dont know if it is due to the heat of the tropical weather or the improved blood circulation after the exercise. i am not a very fair chinese yet my flushed cheeks are very obvious after the exercise. i hope my festoons will disappear though they may be attributed to poor health and an autoimmune condition i am suffering from. thanks for sharing

Hello, Peta love your truly amazing work. Your are so beautiful, your pics are so inspiring. This morning l looked at my eyes, and thought why is the right eye, worse than the left? Puffy, deep circle, n inner part to middle, of cheek coming down further. It's a bit hard to explain! l opened up utube, and there u were, putting my mind at ease, saying it happens to all. Thank you! I've been doing facial yoga, for a few months now. Look it's been very benificial, learnt a lot from it, but it wasn't giving me the cheek lift, n neck tightening, as l have inherited neck bands. I get so depressed, been doing your routine for a few weeks now. I really needed, the intensity, n reps. I'm seeing some improvement already! My left side jowls, as having slept on my tummy for so many years, l hate it. Also l have a ripple on my left chin, and dots under my lips, from that wrotten Botox, that l'm trying to get rid off. Hi Karanpreet, thanks for your question. You need to do this exercise as part of a 6 week full face routine. You can construct your own from the many exercises I have on the channel or follow the Exercise Along With Me Series. Either way if you do a full face routine, your results will be faster. Since I work on computer whole day and sometimes in the evening too, I developed hollow eyes.they extend till my cheekbones and make all my face saggy.I would be happy if you recommend something for me.

Hello miss Peta, I am ur new subscriber, I am 36 years old female born with under eyebags, as I reduced some weight so I lost volume on my cheeks and more saggy under eye bags. Dr suggested me derma fillers for volume in my cheeks but then I saw ur videos so I thought y not let's give a try, hope it will work well for me. Hi Aisha, it really depends on your body and how it responds to exercise and if you follow the program properly. I cant really say as we are all different. just start doing them and over time you will see subtle changes. they are not immediate
Hi, I love your videos and REALLY hope you see and respond to this question... I am going to be having eye ptosis surgery in 9 days followed by a blepharoplasty on Jan 20th next month/year. Do you know if face aerobics and more importantly, under eye exercises can be harmful or undo the effects of the surgery? The ptosis is to correct the weakened levator muscle caused by a previous eye surgery and of course the blepharoplasty to lift saggy eyelid skin.
Thank you for your response. I'm assuming that is because it could stretch the skin out , right? What about under eyelids? I am only getting upper eyelid surgery. Would the rest of the face be ok to exercise, i.e. cheeks , neck, etc?
Hi Peta, do you have an exercise for reducing under-eye hollows? I don't have puffiness but the area under my eyes is very sunken en gives me weird looking circles that go very low down on my cheeks... I haven't found any exercise for this problem and the only option I've found is fat transfer surgery to fill up the area with fat... I'd really love to be able to reduce this problem without surgery. Please help!
Hi Peta, I love all your videos. I had an upper & lower eye lid lift (very expensive) done about 18 months ago and I am not at all satisfied with the lower, as if he did nothing but caused me trauma. He is willing to redo the under eye but I would have to cover all hospital expense. Can I improve my under eye simply with your exercises? I hope so. Let me know. Thanks!

Hi Sudeshna, you have to understand that it doesnt happen overnight, and I actually cant tell you how long it will take for you to start seeing changes. I assume that you are only doing one exercise, which you most definitely are not meant to do, and would ask you to stop doing that immediately as you will create more bags and wrinkles. You need to do the exercise as part of a full face routine. Whilst I dont have this exercise specifically in the routines I have created, the eye exercises will more that enough help your situation. Hi there. I have so many questions for you. You mentioned in of you videos that you do the exercises in the morning and at night but then in another video you say not to over exercise. I also need to know that if do level one for about 3 weeks then go to level 2 etc. My question is what if I wanted to say while at work, work on my nasal folds would you think it would be okay to do that (don't want to over exercise and cause anymore wrinkles). And do you have any videos of you doing some of the exercise from a side view? Sometime it is difficult to see exactly what you are doing. Next question what do you think or have you ever used or heard of the facial flex and your opinion on it. You are amazingly beautiful hope I can achieve the same result. : )
cathy k Hi Cathy, thanks for your questions. You can do morning and night, but only if you are doing them lightly, but, I really dont suggest it anymore, as I have found the most fastest way to seeing results is to do them only once a day, in a routine. Do not do them randomly thru the day, as you need to let your muscles rest. It is in the resting they build. If you do too much, they have no time to rest and will start to fatigue, which in turn causes more wrinkles. So, just do a full routine once a day, and dont do any more exercises thru the day. I hope that helps!
Hi Peta. This program is terrific.I am going to use the eye bag exercise daily. I need it! I'm concerned about making more wrinkles and sags along my jaw line. Hi, PETA. You made a comment you were interested in hearing from people with malar bags. I have them and consider them very bad. I've just received the laser device and serum. Is there anything special I should be doing? I'm on the basic routine, level 2 week 1 (3rd week). I enjoy doing the exercises very much and I follow your routine for the device including the acupressure (now on 4th day). The serum feels so good on my skin. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Sapnasabi1 hi Sabi, yes you can, just move your fingers to the very corners of the eyes. If you go back to the video, you will see me demonstrate where NOT to put your fingers for this particular exercise, however, if you want to build up your under eye area, use the those positions. Remember to do them gently and isolate those crows feet and inner eye areas, gently squeezing the eye muscles. Hope that helps!
hi peta, is this exercise in the routine videos? if not will the ones that are already included dp the same job? if the answer is no, what if you want to do this particular exercise, when do you do it? because you said not to add or change the routines.
this is actually an exercise for lymph draining, as mentioned in the video, its not an eye exercise. If you do 50 gently for a couple of weeks before you go to bed, it should start to help. you cant do it all the time, just do it just before sleep.

I am new to this program. You mentioned that we should work just one muscle. therefore can you tell me if I work 1 muscle should I work that same muscle the next day? If so, how many days do I work that muscle? Or should I work 1 different muscle each day?
Maryy B Hi Maryy, welcome. When I say just work one muscle, I mean to activate the Mind-Body connection, as it is impossible to move just one muscle on the body. How can one decrease the distance between the lower part of the nose to the upper lip? this area is called the Philtrum. That is a dead give away of a person's age.I notice that your philtrum is rather long too.I have the same problem. How can I decrease this part? Also how can I build up my lower face --?
Maureen Mears Hi Maureen, thank you for asking! Do it for a week, and see how they are looking, however, you can do this exercise regularly if you have a constant problem with eye bags, it won't hurt. I hope that helps!

rainbowpandaxxx Hi Rainbow, if you have more wrinkles appearing, you may not be isolating the under eye properly. Possibly go back to the video and really watch where I place my fingers, and do it in front of the mirror, and it will help.

Do you have an excercise for puffyness on the eye on the upper inside corner at the nose? On the upper lid? I hope I explained it well enough for you to understand what I mean.

hi. i think this really works
i have been having great discomfort in my righy eye. It feels heavy and irritable. After i did the exercise a few times, the clogged feeling in my eye felt less pronounced. Also my cheeks became very rosy though i dont know if it is due to the heat of the tropical weather or the improved blood circulation after the exercise. i am not a very fair chinese yet my flushed cheeks are very obvious after the exercise. i hope my festoons will disappear though they may be attributed to poor health and an autoimmune condition i am suffering from. thanks for sharing

Hello, Peta love your truly amazing work. Your are so beautiful, your pics are so inspiring. This morning l looked at my eyes, and thought why is the right eye, worse than the left? Puffy, deep circle, n inner part to middle, of cheek coming down further. It's a bit hard to explain! l opened up utube, and there u were, putting my mind at ease, saying it happens to all. Thank you! I've been doing facial yoga, for a few months now. Look it's been very benificial, learnt a lot from it, but it wasn't giving me the cheek lift, n neck tightening, as l have inherited neck bands. I get so depressed, been doing your routine for a few weeks now. I really needed, the intensity, n reps. I'm seeing some improvement already! My left side jowls, as having slept on my tummy for so many years, l hate it. Also l have a ripple on my left chin, and dots under my lips, from that wrotten Botox, that l'm trying to get rid off. Hi Karanpreet, thanks for your question. You need to do this exercise as part of a 6 week full face routine. You can construct your own from the many exercises I have on the channel or follow the Exercise Along With Me Series. Either way if you do a full face routine, your results will be faster. Since I work on computer whole day and sometimes in the evening too, I developed hollow eyes.they extend till my cheekbones and make all my face saggy.I would be happy if you recommend something for me.
Rose Molder Hi Rose, gawd, you sound like you are on the computer as much as me! Ok, yes, this will help your problem. Possibly go back to the video, and listen to my instructions, and try it again, do it regularly and you will see the difference. Also, you need to be doing a full face exercise.
Hello miss Peta, I am ur new subscriber, I am 36 years old female born with under eyebags, as I reduced some weight so I lost volume on my cheeks and more saggy under eye bags. Dr suggested me derma fillers for volume in my cheeks but then I saw ur videos so I thought y not let's give a try, hope it will work well for me. Hi Aisha, it really depends on your body and how it responds to exercise and if you follow the program properly. I cant really say as we are all different. just start doing them and over time you will see subtle changes. they are not immediate

Hi, I love your videos and REALLY hope you see and respond to this question... I am going to be having eye ptosis surgery in 9 days followed by a blepharoplasty on Jan 20th next month/year. Do you know if face aerobics and more importantly, under eye exercises can be harmful or undo the effects of the surgery? The ptosis is to correct the weakened levator muscle caused by a previous eye surgery and of course the blepharoplasty to lift saggy eyelid skin.

I don't have puffiness but the area under my eyes is very sunken en gives me weird looking circles that go very low down on my cheeks... I haven't found any exercise for this problem and the only option I've found is fat transfer surgery to fill up the area with fat... I'd really love to be able to reduce this problem without surgery. Please help!
Hi Peta, I love all your videos. I had an upper & lower eye lid lift (very expensive) done about 18 months ago and I am not at all satisfied with the lower, as if he did nothing but caused me trauma. He is willing to redo the under eye but I would have to cover all hospital expense. Can I improve my under eye simply with your exercises? I hope so. Let me know. Thanks!

Hi Sudeshna, you have to understand that it doesnt happen overnight, and I actually cant tell you how long it will take for you to start seeing changes. I assume that you are only doing one exercise, which you most definitely are not meant to do, and would ask you to stop doing that immediately as you will create more bags and wrinkles. You need to do the exercise as part of a full face routine. Whilst I dont have this exercise specifically in the routines I have created, the eye exercises will more that enough help your situation. Hi there. I have so many questions for you. You mentioned in of you videos that you do the exercises in the morning and at night but then in another video you say not to over exercise. I also need to know that if do level one for about 3 weeks then go to level 2 etc. My question is what if I wanted to say while at work, work on my nasal folds would you think it would be okay to do that (don't want to over exercise and cause anymore wrinkles). And do you have any videos of you doing some of the exercise from a side view? Sometime it is difficult to see exactly what you are doing. Next question what do you think or have you ever used or heard of the facial flex and your opinion on it.

cathy k Hi Cathy, thanks for your questions. You can do morning and night, but only if you are doing them lightly, but, I really dont suggest it anymore, as I have found the most fastest way to seeing results is to do them only once a day, in a routine. Do not do them randomly thru the day, as you need to let your muscles rest. It is in the resting they build. If you do too much, they have no time to rest and will start to fatigue, which in turn causes more wrinkles. So, just do a full routine once a day, and dont do any more exercises thru the day. I hope that helps!

Hi, PETA. You made a comment you were interested in hearing from people with malar bags. I have them and consider them very bad. I've just received the laser device and serum. Is there anything special I should be doing? I'm on the basic routine, level 2 week 1 (3rd week). I enjoy doing the exercises very much and I follow your routine for the device including the acupressure (now on 4th day). The serum feels so good on my skin. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. hi, yes it does make sense. You just need to do the exercise along with me, and stick to the program and over time they will fade somewhat

Sapnasabi1 hi Sabi, yes you can, just move your fingers to the very corners of the eyes. If you go back to the video, you will see me demonstrate where NOT to put your fingers for this particular exercise, however, if you want to build up your under eye area, use the those positions. Remember to do them gently and isolate those crows feet and inner eye areas, gently squeezing the eye muscles. Hope that helps!

this is actually an exercise for lymph draining, as mentioned in the video, its not an eye exercise. If you do 50 gently for a couple of weeks before you go to bed, it should start to help. you cant do it all the time, just do it just before sleep.

I am new to this program. You mentioned that we should work just one muscle. therefore can you tell me if I work 1 muscle should I work that same muscle the next day? If so, how many days do I work that muscle? Or should I work 1 different muscle each day?
Maryy B Hi Maryy, welcome. When I say just work one muscle, I mean to activate the Mind-Body connection, as it is impossible to move just one muscle on the body. this area is called the Philtrum.
That is a dead give away of a person's age.I notice that your philtrum is rather long too.I have the same problem. How can I decrease this part?

rainbowpandaxxx Hi Rainbow, if you have more wrinkles appearing, you may not be isolating the under eye properly. Possibly go back to the video and really watch where I place my fingers, and do it in front of the mirror, and it will help.
