I've watched this face coach before. She is pretty. I have done under eyeball exercises and I think consistency is the key. My under eye area has shown improvement when I have done under eye exercises. Placing the fingers on the corners of the eye area makes sense. The purpose is to reduce under eye bags - NOT to cause unnecessary wrinkling in the corner skin of the eye area.
I just turned 59. I have noticed almost overnight I'm getting those horrible dark rings around my eye sockets that are nearly impossible to cover with make-up! I did Facerobics years ago and it worked but I stopped about 3 years ago. Time to start again! I hope it will help these terrible under eye circles! Thanks Peta!

hello Peta this is great. im same age as yourself. iv noticed over the past 5 or 6 years ageing on the lower face upper lip lines more prominent, jowls and neck been doing the exercises for 2 weeks and i can see the lip lines smoothing so im exited to continue. iv always looked after my body but forgot about the face hahaaa.........wonderful thank you, you look fab. love your accent i am broad Scottish

Hi Peta, I have been doing the exercises now for approximately 6 weeks and am still on to the Series 1 Level 2. Hi Lara, thank you for all of your comments whilst watching the videos and learning. However you are only very new to the program and are not by any means ready to begin constructing your own routines. You need to start off with the Exercise Along With Me Series and work through all 3 series first before you start doing your own thing. Facial exercises, when not done correctly can very much damage your face. So, I would suggest you start at the beginning first and work your way up.

Hi thank you Peta for sharing these exercises. Doing the various eye exercises, I have developed very small stretched lines to the skin under the eye, as I can see the muscle is improving. But perhaps this is due to loose skin which is being drawn up towards the inner eye?

With this program you must be doing a full face routine, if you don’t, you run the risk of causing more sagging and wrinkling of the skin. Make sure to work thru the series as instructed starting from Series 1 to Series 6. When you get to Series 6 (if there is not a new series) start at Series 1 again and move thru the program again. Also, note that if I used these substances, I wouldnt be able to move the muscles to do the exercises. Also, why would I have a channel that teaches face exercises only to use those things? You dont incorporate any exercises into the EAWM Series. You do the exercises in that series along with me. If you want to change or do something different, create your own routines. I have many videos on the channel about that subject.

Hello Peta! I took a break from facial eercises but I want to startdoing them again. I'm 34 and my biggest problem is eyebags and dark circles and I would love to get rid of them. I also have wrinkles under my eyes when I smile, does this lessen them as well? Greetings, Lady Otava :)
Hi Peta, I know this is off subject but would you happen to know of any facial exercises that will tighten the skin next to sides of the the mouth? I'm still quite young enough that I don't have sagging skin but I noticed that when I smile, one side of the skin next to my mouth ( where the folds are when smiling, if that makes sense) looks as if it has lost some tightness.

I have the same question. I really want to fix my dark under eyes (I'm healthy but they make me look stressed/tired all the time). I'm not sure if we can do this as well as the series (1, 2 or 3 ) level (whatever you're up to) exercises every day, 50 (or 100 or 150 everyday on top of the follow along with me exercises)?

Hello. Is it okay to do a lower eye lift and the upper eye lift both in same 6 week period.? I think I read somewhere that it was okay but can not find comment now. Hi Peta, I do your routine and can do most of your exercises, but for this one, I can't get my undereye area to lift when I squint, like yours does. No matter how hard I try, it just doesn't move at all when I squint. I'm looking up, etc.
+Mary Luttrell - Hi Mary, you just have to practice it. All you have to do to start is look ahead and just lightly squint your eyes, then once you get the hang of it, place your fingers where I show, and then look up without using your forehead. Practice makes perfect.
Hi Margaret, I stopped it because I found that people do not understand the principles of the program and were doing it all wrong. Best thing to do is to follow the program from series 1 - 6 and you will get amazing results.

Hi Margaret, as mentioned above, you cannot add it to any series. This exercise is part of a series down the track. The whole idea is not to change anything, because if you do you will be going into over exercising and therefore creating more wrinkles and sagging skin. Please just follow the program exactly, and you will see amazing changes over time.
@@facerobics Peta, I'm sorry, I don't know how I missed this, your last reply 4 months ago, but thank you so much for your patience with my questions and for encouraging me to be patient with my eye bags! I will do that. I am now on Series 4 and following the program quite religiously, i.e., listening to your videos over and over to understand and do the exercises just as you direct. I just turned 70, and it feels so good to be doing something good for my appearance. My face already looks more lifted, and a family member recently commented, "whatever you're doing, it's working." you look amazing.I know that the 'before' pic is a crap photo in nasty lighting etc..but even taking that into account i can plainly see that it has nowhere near the shape and lift and definition that u now have.
no they are not studio photos, i didnt do facerobics back then, they were the only ones i had. and yes, you can see how the muscle tone has changed on my face

you might not be isolating properly. It is very important to get the fingers in the right position around the eyes especailly

Hi Spring Fan, you need to be doing all of the routines, not just one, all of the routines cover all of the areas so here is the Facerobics Program and how to follow it properly - renewme.com.au/where-to-start-and-how-to-use-the-facerobics-face-exercise-program-for-your-face-exercise-success/. With this program you must be doing a full face routine, if you don’t, you run the risk of causing more sagging and wrinkling of the skin. This is because the program is a very strong exercise program. Everything, along with the Exercise Along With Me videos are in the playlists on this channel. Make sure to work thru the series as instructed starting from Series 1 to Series 6. When you get to Series 6 (if there is not a new series) start at Series 1 again and move thru the program again. All of the explanation videos are in the information bar at the top right hand corner of the video, the little circle, just click on it, or in the playlists on the channel. Also if you haven’t already remember to subscribe and hit the notification bell also, as the program is forever evolving and you could miss out on updates. +Evelyn Shah - Hi Evelyn, alot of people ask this, because my results from doing just face exercises all these years are amazing. No, I have never used Botox or fillers in my life. Also, note that if I used these substances, I wouldnt be able to move the muscles to do the exercises. Also, why would I have a channel that teaches face exercises only to use those things? All I do are the face exercises, I use my Laser Lift device and my natural skin care.
Can these under eye n cheek lift n fuller cheeks be combined and done at same time? N how long it take to see the results

You dont incorporate any exercises into the EAWM Series. You do the exercises in that series along with me. If you want to change or do something different, create your own routines. I have many videos on the channel about that subject.

Hello Peta! I took a break from facial eercises but I want to startdoing them again. I'm 34 and my biggest problem is eyebags and dark circles and I would love to get rid of them. I also have wrinkles under my eyes when I smile, does this lessen them as well?

Hi Peta, I know this is off subject but would you happen to know of any facial exercises that will tighten the skin next to sides of the the mouth? I'm still quite young enough that I don't have sagging skin but I noticed that when I smile, one side of the skin next to my mouth ( where the folds are when smiling, if that makes sense) looks as if it has lost some tightness.

hi peta, can I substitute your eye exercise in series 1 for this one?
I have the same question. I really want to fix my dark under eyes (I'm healthy but they make me look stressed/tired all the time). I'm not sure if we can do this as well as the series (1, 2 or 3 ) level (whatever you're up to) exercises every day, 50 (or 100 or 150 everyday on top of the follow along with me exercises)?

Dont worry about adding or deleting because one exercise might not be in that series, it will be in the next one, and if you add one, you will cause over exercising, which causes muscle fatigue and wrinkles and sagging. There are videos on the channel about this.

Hello. Is it okay to do a lower eye lift and the upper eye lift both in same 6 week period.?

Hi Peta, I do your routine and can do most of your exercises, but for this one, I can't get my undereye area to lift when I squint, like yours does. No matter how hard I try, it just doesn't move at all when I squint. I'm looking up, etc.
+Mary Luttrell - Hi Mary, you just have to practice it. All you have to do to start is look ahead and just lightly squint your eyes, then once you get the hang of it, place your fingers where I show, and then look up without using your forehead. Practice makes perfect.

Hi Margaret, I stopped it because I found that people do not understand the principles of the program and were doing it all wrong. Best thing to do is to follow the program from series 1 - 6 and you will get amazing results.

Hi Margaret, as mentioned above, you cannot add it to any series. This exercise is part of a series down the track. The whole idea is not to change anything, because if you do you will be going into over exercising and therefore creating more wrinkles and sagging skin. Please just follow the program exactly, and you will see amazing changes over time.
@@facerobics Peta, I'm sorry, I don't know how I missed this, your last reply 4 months ago, but thank you so much for your patience with my questions and for encouraging me to be patient with my eye bags! I will do that. I am now on Series 4 and following the program quite religiously, i.e., listening to your videos over and over to understand and do the exercises just as you direct. I just turned 70, and it feels so good to be doing something good for my appearance. My face already looks more lifted, and a family member recently commented, "whatever you're doing, it's working." Thank you so much for your gift of Facerobics, and Merry Christmas to you and yours!

to a certain point but it depends how bad they are. Facial exercise does not fix everything

you cant do facial exercise until about 30 onwards, and thats only if you have sagging and wrinkling on your face

you look amazing.I know that the 'before' pic is a crap photo in nasty lighting etc..but even taking that into account i can plainly see that it has nowhere near the shape and lift and definition that u now have.
no they are not studio photos, i didnt do facerobics back then, they were the only ones i had. and yes, you can see how the muscle tone has changed on my face

Try following the whole program, it evens out the muscles of the face that are not symmetrical.
