Finally a qualified video with good information! Many videos I’ve previously watched have provided instructions that have actually made my puffiness worse. I am certain the problem is lymphatic buildup. It’s only under my right eye. I am feeling self conscious about this and hope that incorporating this in my daily routine can help correct the problem. Thanks and take care🙏🏼

There are many RUclips videos on milia removal. They’re actually tiny cysts of keratin and can’t be squeezed out like a pimple. You’ll see in the videos that a tiny slit in the skin has to be made to get the milia out.
I’ve done them myself (mine have been very small so far), but I don’t think it’s recommended. It’s suggested that you see a dermatologist for removal.

A question. I am three weeks out of cataract surgery. Is it safe to perform this so close to my eyes?

I found by accident that rebounding helped with my eye puffiness. Rebounding is great for the lymphatic system (make sure you check with your doctor before rebounding!)

LMT here. Can you do this technique supine? Do you need to prop up the head with 2 pillows? My DO does lymphatic drainage supine.
