That tray was EVERYTHING..!! I am in need of a good tray.... hint hint LOL
tehe agreed
Me too!!
Hahah a housewarming present when this is all over!!!! 😘😘😘
Aww that would be a great house warming gift!!🎁🎁😍😍
Big fan of you both. Love your vedeos !! Thank you guys for existing 🙏🙏
I personally would have made a whole ass tabletop from those jenga blocks, I've been so lusting after those chevron wood tables😫
Whole ASS Tabletop
YASSSSSSSS !!!!
The sorry girls have a tutorial on a table like that
Me too! But I have smaller Jenga blocks so now I can make a tray too!
Great idea!
I think the little red rack is supposed to hold wine or something 😉I just love the idea of 'thrift shopping' in your own home! Thanks for the inspiration!
Ahhhh that makes sense!!!! Thank you 🥰
Yes. Definitely the red rack os for wine. Ikea sales a very similar one in natural wood. I have it at home 😏
Definitely a wine rack :-)
@@XOMaCenna I think its a plant stand
I love it that you and Lone Fox are such close neighbors now! I’m excited to see your collabs! You are so incredibly creative and brave with how you jump into your ideas. Thank you for sharing! Love it all! 💕
Dude, that tray is genius! I love watching you come up with ideas! Don't be so unsure of yourself, you're awesome!
Reversing the white yarn was such a great idea! I love the way it gave the piece more dimension! Wow incredible
I loved all these thriftflips, but my absolute favorite was the wooden tray, I would love to see you do more DIY wooden thrift flips, where you're using more power tools!
GIRL. I am LIVING for your videos. I am also dying to get to a thrift store just to browse. I've been wanting so badly to makeover my apartment and I could so use your help! You seem so fun! hahaha keep up the awesome videos!
Oh my gosh, that tray is giving me ALL the feels!!! So beautiful! This was a super creative and fun video to watch, loved seeing your organic process as you thought through a project. So so good!!
Yay!!! Thanks so much!!! 🥰
I love everything you do but the punch needle tray was by far my most favorite. It is FABULOUS!! such a great idea.
Only 2mins in and I am excited to see what you come up with!! 😄 edit: that wood tray is stunning😻 and I am thoroughly entertained. More random MaCenna
You’re so much fun! Like others have said before it’s like hanging out with your best friends. The way you clipped this video (not sure that’s the right term) It was so entertaining. And the ideas you come up with are amazing! 💕
Even when they do open up this would be great series once a month find projects around your home to flip great work
I totally agree with Drew (Lone Fox) that tray is E-V-E-R-E-Y-T-H-A-Y-N-G!!! And Romeo chose the right spray paint color, stunning towel ladder!
I miss thrifting SO much! 😩 You are seriously so talented though, Macenna! 👏🏻 Always getting my creative juices flowing! 🧡 great job, love!
Aww thanks so much!!! 🥰
Love, love, love the tray! And the ladder being placed on the sink for towels is genius!
I am IN LOVE with that tray!! What a beautiful end result
Hahahaha. Giiirrrrllll!!! I am dying over here! You are CRACKING ME UP! I act the exact same way when I'm doing stuff and getting creative. Dont stop posting raw footage, it makes my heart so happy.
I literally had thrifted this same item in natural. I glued together and painted white. Use as a mini gate for my little white terrier to keep her from going in guest room. She will not jump over it! 🤣👍🏼
hah! love that!!
This quarantine has triggered my anxiety but watching your videos has inspired me to do more diys and crafts. I love the way you showed your thought process during this video. Now I can't wait till thrift stores open back up.
I love the idea that you went thrift shopping in your own home. 😂 It's like thriftception!
Thankfully, in Alabama, thrift stores have opened back up. ☺️
HAHAH right!!! omg i cant wait for them to open but until then the next best thing was by stash lol
@@XOMaCenna I loved the ladder diy (I was rooting for burlap 😁)! I think I might try that for my guest bathroom. First, I need to do my own thriftception. I have at least five unfinished projects in my house.
Wait... Six projects.
Nope, just remembered a seventh one.
I have a problem... 😂
In Oregon some have opened...
You and Drew (Lone Fox) are my favorite RUclipsrs! It’s so cool that you guys live near each other. I love your creative process. Your videos are so positive and uplifting, thank you.
i live for this more chaotic, go-through-the-thought-process-with-me type of video! makes the videos a lot more fun! ♥️
Love the idea of a mini ladder for hand towels in a bathroom sink nook - genius!! 💡
Omg that tray is gorgeous 😍😍 I’m so impressed with how simply you were able to just come up with these creative thoughts on a whim! Loved this video 💗💗
Wow! What a great job. The burlap ladder that is the same color as the wall looks wonderful. It actually acts as a display support structure for your beautiful towels. Kudos to Romeo for picking out the color. 👏👏👏👍🤙🖖
yay! We’re stationed in San Antonio and just purchased a home in April. I’m binging all your videos🧡🧡🧡
YAY!!!! so exciting :)
My husband and I are stationed in DC! Always watching home decor videos when we move! Lol
Welcome to San Antonio!!!
We're being stationed there in July! So pumped for such a great city!
This was completely riveting MaCenna! I do exactly the same...go to thrift stores, or Bunnings, get excited by stuff that has potential (whatever that may be, but it's an incredibly strong feeling) and then workout what to do with it. I have loads of 'potential' just waiting for my imagination to work! I love all three of your DIYS. My favourite is the tray 😍😍😍
Hola! Hi MaCenna! It’s amazing how talented you are! I would have never thought on doing those incredible projects. I loved the the wall decor and the tray is sooooo beautiful!!!!Thank you for inspiring us in these difficult times. 💕
I know that everyone's ideas are all over the place, but I know for a fact that the tray you used for weaving is a cooking sheet you place in a conventional oven to air fry. It distributes heat more evenly and gets the food crisp all around without using oil or fats. Commonly used for fries, homemade chips, etc. It's not a cooling rack (those are flat and usually have little feet or legs and they aren't curved on the edges), it's not a screen to protect food (the mesh is too large), and it's not just a tray lol. I love the design you created with it, too, btw!! Love the video, hope you're well!! 💙✨
I love these projects! And i loved watching you think thru them :) The ladder thingys can also be necklace or sunglass organizers, individually hung on the wall! I’d love to have what you’d done in my bathroom too hahaha :D Have a great week and thanks for another amazing video!
Totally!!!! Love that idea
I think these videos are my favorite of yours - seeing your inventive brain at work is so much fun! And there is NO better message for home decor than "use what you have". Thank you!
This was amazing. So creative. Loved all three projects!
Loved the tray idea but the towel ladder was SUPER cute and looked great on the sink in the bathroom. Perfect for decorative hand towels.
Love the process. I can't wait to go op shopping again!
Your ladder would be great as a scarf/accessories hanger!
I like seeing how you reason stuff out to create. And using what you have in these times. Encourages me to free up my options and consider what is available. Thank you.
The tray looks sooo good!! Can’t wait to see what other things you end up making with those pieces of wood
The tray is the epitome of creativity you are a genius
Hi MaCenna! I absolutely loved this video! I would have never thought to turn all of those thrift finds into what you made them to! You are so talented and creative! I always wait for your post on Sundays! You are so sweet and always an inspiration to start a new experiment/craft. Thank you! 😊
You do such a good job of youtube video editing!! I feel like you always include what I want to see and never linger too long on anything where I feel like I have to sit and wait through :).
I loved your thought process! Also, I love how professional your DIYs always look! Youre naturally talented ♡
This was such a great video!!! I think so many folks who create do this exact thing. Talking out your process is actually helpful to get your ideas out.
The red thing could be a wine holder. I do have a similar thing in my house! Anyway, I love your ideas! So inspiring!
Great idea
I LOVEEEEE the ladder on the sink with the hand towels!!
I was in LA visiting my daughter this weekend and heard on the news that the thrift stores in LA are going to be opening soon. Not sure of the date. Loved all three of the flips. Excellent cuts on the wood pieces!!! I think the ladder might have stood out a little better in one of the darker colors. But it looks super cute in your bathroom.
I liked how you went through your creative process and used what you had!
I love watching your thought process! 😂You should definitely more videos like this!!!
Yay!! It was fun to show a kinda behind the scenes or real process 😂
THE TRAY! Also I like the ladder on the counter as a hand towel holder I wouldn't have thought of that
What a great proyects you had made! Such a huge flips! I love that tray!!!! Greatings from the other side of this crazy world from Buenos Aires Argentina 😊😊😊😊
Thanks so much!!!
Omg my favourite pieces were that tray and little ladder. People would definitely pay good money for your creations.
Oh my gosh you looked like an evil scientist when you were planning on putting the two pieces of the ladder together at 13:23 😂♥️
I love how creative your mind is, and I am so in love with that tray!!
I liked how spontaneous this video felt. its probably not practical for every week but I liked seeing you work through it. Felt really cool and organic!
Actually, they all turned out very well. The tray looks very expensive. Good job! (Btw, how many times a day do you call, “Romeo, Romeo? Wherefore art thou, Romeo?” That would be so tempting.) ❤️
Thank God for Romeo! I was practically yelling for burlap LOLOL.
Oh wow! I Love all of this. I totally enjoyed knowing/seeing your process. I miss thrift stores too...I can’t wait until I feel comfortable enough going because I want to add some storage and chairs to my house...probably not when they first open though. New subbie!
The wood tray is....👌🏻😍!!! Wow.....GREAT JOB ON EVERYTHING!
HII maccena..thank you for always inspiring me and a lot of people all over the world you and drew from lonefox really inspire me.. now im doing my bedroom makeover..
Again, thank you!! From philippines🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭 with ❤❤❤
YAY!! thank you so much!!! so happy that you enjoy our videos!
@@XOMaCenna omg!!is this for real❤❤ you noticed my comment..thank you so much!!what a great birthday gift for me❤❤ thank you macenna
Wow! You are a ‘JILL’ of all trades. Truly gifted. 👏🏻
The red one I’m pretty sure it’s a wine bottle rack ☺️🍷
It is. :)
Agreed!
But usually the shelves on a wine rack are slanted, just saying!
Lory not on this IKEA one actually 😊
Wow, I love how her imagination works!
In my state the thrift store are close when they open I am going in a spacesuits Ja, ja,ja, I don't know yet if I will dare to go, maybe e everyone is planning to go and I will be afraid.
Your creativity in transforming items are awesome. You inspire and encourage others to think out of the box when deciding to diy thrifted items. The three of these diys were all great as well as how you styled them. Stay safe and looking forward to more diys👍👍👍
That black thing was probably a veggie grill pan for a BBQ grill.
Oooooooo it was kinda nylon like and soft is that how they are?
@@XOMaCenna nope, metal. It must be for some other weird use then.
I was thinking it might be to cover food when you eat outdoors, and keep flies off?
I legit think it's just a tray. 🤔
It looks just like my oven air fryer thing.
Oh. My. Word! First of al, “thrifting” from your home stash is so awesome. I loved that someone commented “thrift inception”! Second, these projects were all AMAZING! (Now I need a punch tool!) But that tray...Wow!! Great content. Thank you for inspiring me. And I totally forgot I found you from Drew! I freaking LOVE his channel and now I know why you guys are friends. Super creative awesomeness.
How many people thought "Hey Lover Boy!" when she called out "romeo"?
YASSS 👏👏 I'm glad I wasn't the only one!
❤️❤️
I didn't but will think of that song every time she mentions his name from now on! lol
ok it wasn't just me...too cute
Thank you! You are so creative, positive, and have a wonderful gung-ho, lighthearted, ‘let’s try this’ attitude....but with the creativity and artistic skills to back it up in spades! Thanks for sharing with us out here and I wish you and Your fam every success and happiness. You are seen and appreciated!
When you said “I hope your enjoying the video and This is Really how my Brain works!” I just burst out laughing 😂 and didn’t really care about what my neighbors thought because dear girl I’ve taken many more trips around the sun than you and that’s exactly how my brain works too!! I’m also excited about you getting all the power tools!! 🔮
Your videos are giving me all the joy right now! I miss thrifting sooo much! I've been finding these adorable thrifting accounts on IG that ship thrifted items so that is where I am getting my fix right now! Thanks for being you and inspiring us all!
I kept thinking she reminded me of a celebrity. I think she kind of looks like Brittany Snow! :)
YES! i’ve been wondering which celeb she looked like for a while and that’s the one!! wow they’re doppelgangers!
Mixed with the early days Olsen twins
I’m getting Brittany Snow vibes too! :)
I stumbled on your channel by accident and I have been so happy I subscribed since! I love your ideas and style, my partner and I thank you for making our space so wonderful and homey. I look forward to your videos and just want to say thank you
Really upset that when you yelled for Romeo you didn’t say “where for ought thou” lol
that sounds wrong, "where art thou"
@@marianacaffaro "Wherefore art thou"
Love the stream of consciousness! I go though trail and error with diy projects all the time but we usually only get to see your perfect finished product. And sometimes what may be an error for you others may like. Don’t be a afraid to share more of your process. And I can’t wait to go to a thrift store again 😔
I love that ladder and having it sit on your sink. 🧡🧡
Your thought process was so great to watch. And once again your projects turned out like they should come from a high end store.
The black grid kitchenware thing is to bake/air fry french fries.
Yup me too ... in Philly longing to resume recreational thrift shopping !
I just love all your projects. Thanks for brighning up my Sunday with your lovely personality. ❤
Loved the level of excitement when putting the ladder together!
Holy crap girl! You are so blessed, gifted whatever with TALENT & CREATIVITY. You see so many possibilities with the simplest items. Thank you for your ideas.
Aww thank you so much!! 🥰
Girl you made that needle punching look so easy and amazing!
Oh my goodness, that tray! 🥰 The punch hole sunset was super creative too, but the tray turned out gorgeous
I loved this video! So fun to watch you invent /reinvent. Great finds, great eye. I look forward to more of your videos in the coming weeks!
That's what I miss the most!!! Thrifting! Soon. Free Michigan! Good job.
What clever ideas! You are so inspiring. Thanks!
That tray was gorg!! You should make a diy video making kinsley a little teepee to hang out in ! That would be cool. So creative so yourself and I adore that !
Wow! That tray turned out really nice! Who would have known! 👏🏾👍🏾
I like how your creative brain works.... Keep the ideas flowing.....
Thanks so much!
Could you PLEASSSEEE make a video on what power tools a DIYer should have at there house 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 and beginner friendly! I’d love to see all your saws, etc.. and which one you use for what. 😍 xoxo xoxo!
I love your projects, amazing, that black wire kitchen ware was actually use in harvesting crops or dying produce on it like a strainer, looking forward to see more of your DIYs, keep safe and God bless
I like the fact that you don’t edit your thought process. It makes watching you create more enjoyable and personal. And WTH!! that tray was AMAZING!! You turned $7 of wood bricks into THAT?!?
That black grid is for the kitchen. You can with place a tray with paper towels under it & then add your fried food items on it. It keeps the fried foods from soaking up the oil & getting soggy. Or you can place it on the top rack in your oven & a tray on the rack under it & air fry food. Someone said fries but you can air fry all sorts of food & it's much healthier for you.
The best color for the mini ladder!!! LOVE your videos
On the ladder you could also hang some baskets with S hooks and maybe add a plant. My favorite is the tray though. Love it!
for the towel hanger you should paint either the middle pegs or the outside pegs an alternate color like black, that way it doesn't blend in with the wall as much. super cute thrift flips though!
Everything look nice. As usual. I like that ladder on the bathroom vanity.
I love your sunset art that was great. Looks simple and relaxing to do.
Omg!!!! I wish I could find a big box of gigantic Jenga blocks!!!! What an awesome find. About to watch this video and be inspired though.
My favorite was the chevron tray. I didn't know about the loopy art form before, cool.
I love the way you think. This video was super fun to watch.
I absolutely LOVE the wall hanging you did with the punch needle 😍 and the rest too!
