DIY THRIFT FLIP ALERT!!! I was fully ready to purchase each one of these inspiration home decor pieces for our new house. BUT with a little bit of money and patience I was able to create items that not only resemble some of these items but for A LOT less money! If I were to add up the money I would have spent on those items in comparison to what I spent at the thrift store (plus the DIY supplies to create them) I will have saved over $1,200. These items are some of my favorite thrift flip DIYs to date! I really went through and came up with a solid list of projects that are affordable and aesthetic AND easy to achieve. In this video, you will see different painting techniques, some introductory wood working projects, and different techniques you can try to use to achieve a high end looking home. But my favorite kind of thrift flip is to not only alter the piece aesthetically but to give it a completely new life and purpose from what it was initially. Make sure you let me know in the comments which one inspired you and don't forget to tag me on IG if you happen to recreate any of these projects. Thank you all for your amazing support and positivity!
Xo,
Fia

I love your diys, Fia. They always look so high end. I am tired of The Dollar Tree diys to be honest lol. Thanks for sharing your talents with us.
Yeah I keep looking for rustic well done diys and half the time have to work off of inspiration of dollar store stuff because its hard to find ideas sometimes, but Pinterest is now my best friend 😅
Totally agree with you I love Fia,Lone Fox, Valerie Aguiar, xo macenna are just a few, so sick of dollar tree which I wouldn't do anyways xx

the candle bawl is amazing 🤗👏🏻👏🏻
The stone side table transformation is beautiful
Hammering candles down sounds like a good way to stress relief. Your diy stuff is always great. I just to find a good thrift store and mostly the time to do it all.
Yeah finding a good store is always the biggest problem, I usually do diys in the evening once the house has quieted down, just doing the diys in general is quite therapeutic ^_^
Thank you Fia you never disappoint xx
Thank you for that first tip in this video which got me to give you a thumbs up for than waiting till the end of your video. Excellent tip. Thank you..!!
The wooden pedestal candle is just beautiful. Very chic flips, love it. *Subs*
Gorgeous! Those side tables would be easy to make. Awesome talent!
how gratifying it is to see the work being done with a lot of love and dedication. your video shows how humble you are and how concerned about delivering the best for your followers. keep it up for in that gallows you will achieve everything your heart desires. I'm watching your videos here from Brazil. God bless you and your family
How sweet!!! Thank you so much!!!
All of these turned out so good!!! That table *chef’s kiss*. Valerie is amazing 🙂
I really like the round bowls candle.
Coucou de France !! Bravo 👏👏 superbe ! J'adore 😍😍 tout se que tu fais !! Merci pour le partage !
Love these diys so much! I would love to see maybe some vintage inspired diy. I’m definitely feeling a bit lost with vintage inspired diys 🤣
I like how you elevated the bowls, the clear glass candle holders and the simple style around the picture with the lamp, basket and clear glass with greenery. Looks great!
If you apply the dirt when it’s tacky it will stick better. Then spray with clear when dry. Or if black is dry spray with sealer but when sealer is tacky then dirty it
You never disappoint--Your DIYs are always classy, simple and beautiful.
Every one of these flips were 10’s. 🌺🌸
I don’t remember the last time I found a wooden bowl at my thrift stores. I’m a little jealous... 😉
I can never find them here in So Cal either.
I can’t find them in Michigan either.
Wow!!! Just awesome is all I can say. You always make the most beautiful decor out of thrifted items. You are so talented. Much love sent your way! 🤗
Yay Donna!!! Sending so much love back!!
Loved all the diys❣l have a small wooden bowl like that l may do your dyi with it👍
Love seeing Ollie… Great thrift flips as usual love the mosaic candle bowl! Romie’s painting is fantastic, we should’ve gone to Paris!
Que bellos te quedaron, yo soy amante a la madera y al barro. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 tu piel se ve bien cuidada!!!
All three were 🔥🔥🔥! That table was a great find!
Love love love all your diys.
Great content as always. The wood mosaic candle bowl was so beautiful. If you bought that in a store, it would have been soo expensive. Your art work, vase and table were all so high end looking.
I am always so impressed with what you find thrifting and then with a little 'Fia Magic', you totally transform your pieces.
Thanks a bunch!!
Lindy 🤗

You have an awesome thrift store there!!! Hard to find here in Vegas 😅

I love all of these - they good great - but they're really specific. Hard to come up with something like that last one, for instance, as we'll never find something like that ourselves!
Just a thought.... you could make one from concrete in a large bin (like the pull out plastic liner from an old kitchen bin that needs replacing). There are loads of tutorials on RUclips showing how to make things out of concrete. If you want the holes, then don't tamp the bucket and allow the air bubbles to be where they naturally occur. Also, if you don't want it to be so heavy, then inserting another smaller bucket will make the table hollow, and less weighty. Anyway, that's just my take on your question... hope you give it a go!
Hello Sophia, what do you think about making a concrete side table? I’m thinking it would be similar to the stone side table…..🤔
Add some sand into Bottom of glass with wood item to make melted wax removal easier
❤❤❤❤❤❤
What is the thrift store you mentioned during the stone table segment? Is it in Maryland? Thank you - I love the projects you do!
I would have done the shampoo but they keep wanting to put you on auto. I kept saying no on that. But clear to the end they kept putting me on it so decided to not do it. I need to try once to see if I line it.
For the 1st candle project do you think a barrier could be created by layering on some shellac? I think that's what it's called. I know there's another name for kind of the same thing but it's pretty resistant to basically anything so it should work right? I don't think it's flamable once it cures right? Anyway, I was just thinking that I might be kind of hard to find a thfifted bowl that you like, the right shape, size AND for it to already have a barrier so... just a thought with the shellac. Anyways, great videos. Enjoy watching your content very often.
Great thought with the Shellac! Thanks for your support Edita!!
👍😍😍⭐💯😘😘
Oh my you so beautiful… 🤙❤️🤭🙂
Cinnamon or nutmeg or both works better than dirt
What is your dog's name?
You contents are great. But what’s with the shots where only 3/4 of the actual finished product is shown? It’s not pleasing in the eye
