  • No shows can be super frustrating to software demo. Here’s why I believe it happened this time:
    1. Lack of Pain found in the discovery phase of my first call
    2. Lack of urgency and time pressure in the offer.
Working to improve it now, hope this helps.

One of the things I like to do in these scenarios is book in the next call at the end of the current call.
So for example Graham, ''summarise my action points'' , what are your next steps? 'ok can we agree our next meeting now, how is later this week/next week for you so we can avoid telephone tennis/missing each other.
90% plus of the time they agree and book the next call. If they hesitate or decline it's a sign they might not be interested and you can ask why not and get into that discussion.

Yep I try my very best to BAMFAM ( book a meeting from a meeting).
I like the way you’ve phrased it there too, “so we don’t miss each other”.
      Good comment mate!
