That is one of the most endearing things I have ever seen. I am choked up.
The disabled should be respected and all reasonable adjustments made as here.
This guard knows right from wrong. May he live to 100+.

He's my favourite guard, no nonsense, in tune with his mount, respect for everyone, and his sweet side melts your heart. We've seen him bark orders at silly people, defend his horse from the threat of assault, and instigate beautiful moments like this.

Horses are like dolphins. They sense when someone needs gentle interaction. My daughter (disabled) went to Horse Riding for the Disabled. And, those ponies were all, so tuned in. Gentle, funny (with more lively Service Users), or extremely docile to instil no fear of them. This was a lovely two-way interaction and respect.

my daughter is also disabled and does RDA as well, she has one horse that she always rides. She is nonverbal but she can yell out Aspa (Jasper) who comes galloping up to her and greets her and waits patiently for her and then walks so quietly and carefully with her on him. I swear he thinks shes made out of china. He loves her and she loves him. HORSES like DOGS and CATS know - i dont know how they know but they sense it and adjust their behaviour and attitude accordingly.

Just be careful in case he gets protective of your daughter, so look out for ears back, tail swishing, flaired nostrils and stomping
