It's the bit in its mouth, they hate them, we've taught all ours to obey without the bit and it's so good, the horses are so much happier and actually behave to direction even better.
Yes. They should at least learn to hold the reins that loose so that the bit isn't always tearing. Watch the corners of the mouths. Normally the shanks should be at ease and staying parallel to the horse's as long as you don't need to tell the horse to stop or change direction. Here it seems the shanks are constantly in action and so it's no wonder that the horse does creep backwards.
Yes that's the first thing I noticed is the bridle and bit in the horse's months being pulled constantly is horrible for horses in their mouths and over time on their teeth! Imagine having a rod like thing in your mouth being pulled on all the time! Rodios and horse racing is just as bad if not worse! Many public horse sports including jumping contest for horses use bridles and especially harmful pain causing bits to inflict pain and the owners of horse stables do not care! They just care about winning and the money! Look up the videos about it! It been around for a long time. Thank God for caring horse owners who train their horses without harmful bits, sharp spurs etc! But with love and great care! Videos about them are on RUclips also! These horses compete in horse shows, and jumping etc. Thank God for the caring owners and trainers who do right by their horses in whatever sport they are in! Also any other animal sports animal contest, like with Dogs too! Same happens in dog sports with neglect, cruelty, drugging etc. Thank God for those who care and love their animals whatever they are and whatever they do or don't do!
It is very clear that the guard on the brown horse was giving mixed cues to the horse. Too much pressure on the reins kept the horse backing up, resulting in the guard kicking it to make it go forward again. Shake my head. Kudos to the horse!

Sometimes, you just have to smile.....😊😊😊
Those two definitely got detention!! Lol. Best part was when they were being inspected and the main culprit thought, "yeah, here's what i think of all of this today", and tóok a dump....thats what made me crack up lol. Though on a more serious note, that beautiful pair just looked liked they'd had enough of standing around and of the crowds and just wanted a good run. I know that the horses are well cared for and are rotated regularly but i wonder how often they are allowed to let their hair down and blow off steam by going for a good run. You've got to admire their patience when dealing with the tourists.
Nice to see a little humour even if it comes from those lovely horses great viewing thank you for sharing ❤
The guard standing next to them was quite impressive, though he may have been repressing a smile. :)
Well not only the horses, but the poor trumpeter. I’d be laughing too. I can see Monty Python sketch here 😂
That trumpeter needs to take more music lessons.
@@RRb2348Zthat’s what I said! He needs to practice a whole lot more before coming out in public like that! Sounded like a 6th grader in first year band!
I live next to a private school which has a combined cadet force complete witha marching band. In first term it is awful, they sound like cats fighting, they are all out of tune and time and the officer is yelling instructions unfortunately not shut up. By St Georges day they are passable and are so proud of themselves marching down the road. @@trekkie_geek
The guards couldn't stop laughing especially the lady the horses are like two kids messing around.😂😂😂
And the horses are thinking ‘Thank goodness for that. I thought today would never end…where’s my hay’😊
Both so naughty! Glad the guards were able to laugh, I couldn't stop! 😂
Both horses had the fidgets! At least they were free of the touchy-touchy tourons for a while!
The horses are like ''Nope! Not today, Karen! Stop kicking me, Karen!'' ''I'm gonna tap dance and you can't stop me!''
Horses just like Humans have a mind of their own. 😂❤😊❤. God Bless, Be Safe.
Can't blame the guard for laughing at the horse, some just can't stay still..😂
some have a rider who can't control them and some haven't been trained very well either.
@@ridingtheroad185They have to start in public sometime !
@@ridingtheroad185 Spot on 👌!
Poor baby couldn't hold it any longer 😂😂 if you need to go ...YOU JUST NEED TO GO 😮😂😂😂😂
We've all had that feeling when you need to go. I just love the relationship between these guys and their horses. 👍👍👍
Girls
I love watching them . We can't always expect things to be right all the time. 😊😊😊😊❤❤
😊Always good to see women participating as guards. Horses have personalities of their own. Obviously the "ants in the pants"one was showing his. The guard handled him well. They are magnificent horses.
This is my happy time, to be out and be me!!
This just made ne smile over and over 😊
Horses have stood still and put up with tourists long enough. Need a good gallop to stretch their legs. Don’t blame them 😂
Exactly !
It seemed to take a long time for this Change. I was getting impatient just sitting waiting for something to happen.
Love the white feather duster😂
Royal horses are treated better than most people.
Please .. these horses are treated like royalty and get plenty of exercise and galloping in.
😂😂😂So funny. The two horses are so cute
You've got to love horses such characters 😅
So much energy! The tail! The pawing hoof! The fidgeting! I’ll bet that was the longest 10 minutes of the rider’s life. Bless him, they are both learning. 😅
Loved when the horse was stamping his front hoof when the guard stamped his. That horse just did not want to be there. 😅. Even I was saying "JUST GET ON WITH IT! I DON'T WANT TO DO THIS TODAY"!
Bet those horses are named William and Harry.
If someone was sticking spurs into my flanks I'd be restless too.
I don't believe they are wearing the sharp kind of spurs...
@@dzymslizzy3641 sharp or not they are still prodding the poor horse in the ribs
@@dzymslizzy3641 They don't need to wear "the sharp kind of spurs" to injure the horse and cause it to bleed, as Harry Windsor demonstrated in a polo game.
The spurs are more for show.
@@Cricket2731 They weren't for show when Harry gouged the side of his polo pony and made it bleed.
For the first time since I have been seeing these videos I had to laugh too, like the poor guard there trying to be serious, while the horses were acting "strange" and the ceremony was super long!!! OMG!!! LOL!!! I admire them all!!!
THIS WAS BRILLIANT!!!!!!!!🤣💞💕
Horses, and other animals, are just like kids, no matter how much you train them, they do have their own minds and act out at times. What made me laugh was the "salute" the horse gave the officer during inspection. Stuff happens.
What a show best one so far didn't find it boring with the dancing horse and smiling guards kept me glue till the end lol it was funny and entertaining 😄 😆
I can imagin how those horses feel it's like this again I'm hungry when's lunch I need a a wee
It's a good thing the horses can't talk. I imagine they would be complaining about having to stand there for so long when they've already been standing longer than the guards. Can't you just hear them?!? "I'm bored. I need a drink. Don't touch me silly tourist. Maybe you should take that picture again. I think I blinked. I don't want to go in that box. There's poop in there." lol
Magnificent animals!
Horse has had enough of standing still .he,s got his own idea .love it
I had tears in my eyes from laughing so hard. And then there's the guard in front trying not to laugh, too. This was too funny. 😂😂
It’s a long time for the horses to stand there When all they want to do is go back to the stables for there tea ❤
The horses are on duty for an hour.
Poor horses having to stand still and so excited to get out….the rides where good to them ..nice to see the compassion.
'' I told you I had to go potty, but NO you would not listen !"
wow! that was positively brilliant! 😂🤣😆😍🤩my heart went out to the male guard🤩...he was so gentle and his expressions were to die for 😄i love the bit where he just sat and looked down at his horse as if to ask him whats going on ... the lady guard had me laughing away too with her trying to control herself 😍if i could send big hugs to the pair of them and the horses i would..just fab xxx
Both horse guards are female!
Magnificent creatures. From what I have read the horses were Queen Elizabeth’s favorite.
It's like they said ok we have these two let's have fun . We know we can get them laughing 😁😁
The horses were hot-to-trot….they are so cute.
It is very clear that the guard on the brown horse was giving mixed cues to the horse. Too much pressure on the reins kept the horse backing up, resulting in the guard kicking it to make it go forward again. Shake my head. Kudos to the horse!
FIRST ROYAL HORSESHIT INSPECTOR I EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE, THANKS BUD
That active horse is self identifying as a naughty, cheeky school boy, doing his own thing!
he also keeps lifting that right front foot to take the weight off of it, makes me wonder if there is a stone in the foot or a problem with the horse shoe
@@toscatattertail9813 I agree that right front foot needs a Vet inspection.Lets make it happen shall we?
Those two horses. Are ready for pasture time lol
The horse said he had to get his steps in for the day. 😂😂😂
Naughty kids, couldn't sit still in church!🤣😂
So the horse was in a silly mood. It happens. I mean, horses are people, too, soooo........

Haha I doubt that very much!

I felt so sorry for those two female guards having to pose for so long with naughty horses (hey, they have their own agenda, don't knock it, lol). But that brown horse really was quite unsettled...
I hope that they are not reprimanded for giggling whist on duty, how could they not?
Bet they don’t pair those horses again, hilarious!! Just showing personality.
