Perfect timing. I wanted to make a new stuffed mushroom for our Christmas Eve appetizers. Your cookbook is wrapped underneath the tree👏🏻🤗I always peel my mushrooms and use a pastry bag to stuff them.
I just made these stuffed mushrooms and they are THE BEST STUFFED MUSHROOMS THAT I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!!. I followed the directions, like it was stated and they came out PERFECT!!!...THANK YOU, NATASHA!!!....I LOVE YOUR SHOWS!!!!
I find a quick rinse under a running tap followed by an immediate dry with a paper towel doesn't increase the water content of mushrooms one bit. A soft mushroom brush also works well.

I was pleasantly surprised to see you posting about one of my favortie, crowd pleasing appetizers! I had a recipe from many years ago and I still make them the same way to this day. I add ham, sun dried tomatoes, oregano and parsley which makes these super yummy and delicious. Wishing you and yours all the best for 2024!

I enjoy all of your videos very much. Instead of oiling your sheet have you ever considered using a Silpat? It protects your sheets and decreases the amount of oil needed to cook with. Happy Holidays and keep the recipes coming!!!
I'm going to have to try that, but I think I'll add a couple of table spoons of kerrygold butter to the mix and instead of the oven maybe put them on a rack and cook them in my pellet smoker with some alder pellets.
