Anyways I was just diagnosed with fibroids. One is 7cm, submucosal. That explains it! I wanted to ask: do you do any intermittent fasting? Or just no eating after a certain hour? Thanks!!! 😊
Great video🎉you really know how to " cut to the chase " precisely, all grounds covered. Especially about the meat and choosing organic and the best quality of whatever you decide to eat. Hormone balancing is now my main focus, so I can't wait to try the supplements you've recommended, "my happy flow". Thank you for sharing❤👋😎
Glad it was helpful! That is my aim with all these videos. Hormone balance and regulating your blood sugar sis. I promise it will do wonders for you :)
Can you give some examples of meals? Oats produce lots of mucous in the body, similar to dairy. Fonio which is naturally gluten free and delicious can be made into a great-tasting porridge with dates, coconut milk, bay leaves, hemp seeds and ginger. Sis it's your choice regarding meat, for me when I eat it, my mood changes, I get angrier and easily stressed moreover I clot profusely! Sarsparilla, yellow dock, burdock and chlorophyll-like spirulina are great examples of iron-rich herbs/ algae. Don't forget sources of iodine like kelp, bladderwrack etc. Your doing great :-) This fibroid journey is tough but I truly hope a renewed way of eating can renew my uterus. Eggs I wouldn't advise due to its links with Epstein and fibroids.... But so long as your body reacts well x
Thank you for this video. I have been taking reload supplements. I don't know if supplements makes the fibroids grow more. Can you recommend alternative supplements pls other than happy flo

What plant base milk do you use? What brand? It’s hard to find organic and no gums. Also, how about spelt flour and quinoa? Thank you btw Culina it’s a great alternative for yogurt.

Spelt flour sounds awesome too but, I don't general have use for flour in my diet but, I will check it out and the Culina! Thank you so much

Hello, I am a psychotherapist and psychologist in the UK who works with a lot of Black women with fibroid issues. Do you know of any UK alternatives to My Happy Flo vitamins? Great video. Thanks
Thank you Queen. I found your channel 3 days ago and im hooked. I cook with peanut/ avocado and extra virgin olive, oil and i do beef bacon too. I cut on dairies but i will try the vegan option. Thanks a lot for your videos.
This is helpful but I found that some of the whole foods you suggested were extremely counterproductive for me (of course all gluten free items) so I had to take a food test to know the super foods I should eat & foods I should avoid. A lot of the healthy foods that I would eat my body did not like. The food test was a huge game changer!
Thank you for sharing this! I agree that diet is very specific to each person. That's why choosing paleo for me was game changing despite the other diets I had tried in the past. This feels balanced and my body has responded very well. I had a food test done some years ago which helped me to understand some of the foods that were causing inflammation in my body:) I'm so happy that you were able to get to the bottom of things as its so important to work with your body on what makes it happy:)
Thanks for all the info sis! To clarify, you were/still able to shrink your fibroids while still eating animal protein (albeit high quality, organic, non-GMO)? That's profound because most of what I read says going 100% plant based is the only thing that will achieve shrinkage.
Yes ma'am! I am actually not able to do a plant based diet because it was very unhealthy for me and when I was vegan I didn't feel good at all. I know vegans who have fibroids too so I'm not sure how accurate that is. I've read/hear many things about it being better as well but, through my research, the only medical evidence that I've found about plant based diets giving you an advantage stem from the frequency of bowel movements in vegans leading to more efficient liver detoxification, etc. For me, focusing on QUALITY over Plant Vs. Meat has done more good for my overall health. Prioritizing fiber, and liver cleansing foods has been very effective. It's not the animal protein that is the problem, it's the quality of the source. This is the same regardless of if you are plant based or not. I hope that helps. There's a lot of info out there demonizing meat but, trust me there are plenty plant based women who are suffering still.
I’m really enjoying your videos. Fibroid fighter over here in Alaska. So not willing to go down the hysterectomy path. It’s frustrating that doctors have only recommended surgical procedures. I wanted to mention that there is a healthy way to eat grains. Mill your own flour. Grind your own oats. I buy ancient grains or organic wheat. Right before I bake bread I grind the grains into flour with a little mill I have. I know not everyone can eat bread however if you like eating bread please do your research about commercial flour and what is done to it to ensure shelf life. Commercially milled flour became a thing in the 1920’s and people started having health problems right after that. There is a healthy way to eat WHOLE grains. You can eat bread the way it was designed to be eaten. It can be super nutritious by going back to ancient practices. Be careful with yeast. I don’t think instant quick rise yeast is good for our guts.
I agree with a lot of your suggestions and take what I need from it. AppleGate is the truth! I have tried all most all of the diets now I just eat what my body craves but in the most healthy (organic, non gmo, and etc) version. I was making myself miserable trying to stick to diets. And making multiple meals for my kid. I do use the grocery store apps to read labels so im not in the store all day. And I usually do curbside lol. Just watch expiration dates when putting it away. I do try to go inside and pick out my own veggies and fruits.
Hello Ms, GlamPreezy Im your new follower . Im from the philippines,. I had fibroid fr.yesterday result after i undergo TVS.. Im really scared after knowing it fr.my OBGYne.. but, when i saw your video just this afternoon.. i had still hopes that it will heal naturally.. Thanks for sharing, mam.
This was great; I do much of the same! You may have mentioned but vegan diets are also not advisable b/c there is a lot of tofu (soy) used in them and soy is a no-no for keeping estrogen down.
Thank you so much for watching! Unfortunately, a lot of times people go vegan but, don't consider the actual nutrition and if its in alignment with their current health goals. It's only healthy if it's what your body needs!
Vegan diet is real Vegan diet when you cook it yourself. Don’t buy things like tofu, vegan cheese and store vegan products cause they got things like soy in them. You wanna cook your veggies and meals yourself… So she says to avoid grains like rice but you wanna do grains like quinoa, couscous, bulgar wheat etc If you do rice let it be brown basmati rice… A lot of people don’t still understand the full concept of a vegan diet which is all about eating fresh organic plant based food
Legumes aren’t processed tho? They’re actually very good for you and are full of B-vitamins and fiber that are good for eliminating stool which is necessary for getting rid of fibroids, especially if you’re not regular, the stool contains toxins like excess estrogen and that’s what we need to release. I’d like to know why you suggest avoiding legumes?
How many eggs do you think is safe to eat per week? A few resources have mentioned to cut out eggs due to the oestrogen in them. Is is different when on this diet?. I eat organic eggs too. I like to keep eggs in my diet, especially if having to cut dairy, red meat, and gluten. They're fast, easy to cook, and keep me full when mixed with vegetables. My fibroids are apparently on the smaller side but are multiple and have had issues last 4 years with my periods and other things I think may be related after going off the pill. Can't imagine being a complete vegetarian or my diet might become too high carb. I might never have found out about my fibroids till too late if I didn't go off the pill when covid started in 2020. Had two scans since, but only one recently came back with these results (I think first one was not reported correctly as I saw the scan, and it didn't look clear to me then either). Thanks for these videos.
I have a few people asking me about this and from my research, I can not confirm that Eggs are a significant source of estrogen at all. I also have managed to shrink and manage mine just fine while consuming them. Like I said in this vid, I use pasture raised, organic, humane, and local farms when available! Organic is good but, I'd go the extra mile on any meat product!
Ok so there is a lot to unpack here. The short answer is no, not directly. The Paleo Diet excludes Legumes because they contain lectins and phytic acid which, have been said to be "anti-nutrients". 1) Apparently humans lack the enzyme to properly break them down 2)They've been shown to bind to minerals like iron, etc causing malabsorption, 3)There are studies that show that they can cause inflammatory responses in the body. With that being said, I feel better without consuming a lot of legumes in my diet. However, despite this, I still eat peanut butter and chickpeas sometimes when it suites me!
Hi Thanks for your videos I love how you present the information clearly and honestly 👏🏻🎉 Could you give me some brands of vegan butter that are clean? Because most of them have sunflower oil etc
@@GlamPreezy I did, but I am trying to avoid sunflower oil too, because it can help with inflammations. Its a little hard to eat these days with fibroids 🥲 Thanks!! 💞
Hello, I’m just starting on my journey! And I want to know do you go out to eat with people? If so, what things do you normally order at restaurants for your diet?
Yes girl! I absolutely do. In general I eat home 5 days a week. And on weekends I'll try something new as I'm a huge foodie. I try to keep the same principles overall. I rarely eat bread, pasta, or rice. Try to eat lean meats and veggies and not going over board with anything that's a splurge! I also love to look for 'Farm to table' restaurants that support local farmers and agriculture. I seek balance in everything bc we gotta live!
Loved this!!! God bless you! I would love a video on how you cope with events, special occasions, and dining out! How do you decide what to order? Do you eat before you go? Do you cheat then flush your system somehow? I can imagine now... Going out and smelling all the good food and no nutritional info to check out 😂
Thank you so much for watching! Trust me it's definitely a struggle BUT! If i'm going out to eat, I still eat with the same principles. No dairy or grains for the most part. I do try to go to places that I feel have good quality food. No chain restaurants or big commercial places. I will eat a lean protein, green veggies, and salads mostly if I don't trust the protein. I will indulge sometimes , I'm human but, I'm very conscious of the struggle I will endure after eating it though! The one thing about eating this way all week, is if you eat bad even once, you gone feel it immediately!
This is so true. I had cheat days prior to my birthday, ate a lot of meat, eggs, fried foods etc and now I'm bloated and feel like crap. Never again. Last week I really realised that my body has gotten used to my healthy lifestyle so when I went off a bit, I ended up sick.
Good question! So, I do sometimes eat them in some cases, especially peanut butter 😏 But, they are not a part of the Paleo diet bc they are high in lectins and phytic acid which are known to block essential nutrients. I still eat them sometimes but, not often.
can i eat normal eggs or it needs to be organic? i just discover that i have fibroids and i am not happy i am single 41 years old leaving in Paris. new sub here and love all your video.i don't want surgery too
Hi there! Of course you can feel free to eat whatever you like! I prefer to eat the highest quality food I can find and because I live in USA the meat and eggs can be a source of many nasty things that contribute to hormone imbalance. Therefore I choose the Organic pasture raised eggs :)
Can you let me know typical day you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner ? Your video has been very informative. I need to change my diet. Had fibroids for years now.
Thank you so much for watching! Yes, absolutely I can. Here is a link to my meal plans, download my free Basic 1 day to see a typical day in meals. I also have a 5 day meal plan that's really good as well.
I am relieved to hear you say meat is OK, that is from the right sources, of course. You eat just like me, I love it! I do not eat any pork, though, when I want it, turkey or even better, beef bacon is the bomb!
What do you think about TXA? It's keeping me from bleeding out, but it does cause headaches that are so painful I literally think I'm going to die, and this happens when I over exurt myself.
Hi, I just came across your channel. I suffer from adenomyosis. I'm going to eliminate grains from my diet, I already eliminated dairy. I was wondering why you said no legumes.
Thank you for sharing. I have fibroids...multiple procedures..did UFE last summer (7/23)...but stillllll many fibroids....hoping my lifestyle changes will help shrink them..I have been more plant based for 2 years....
I'm so sorry to hear this. It's so frustrating sometimes. That's why I always say, if we don't address the root cause they will continue to come back. Another one of the major things that helped me was managing my blood sugar! Nobody ever told me that is also a big factor. I did several other videos talking about things I feel fibroids girlies need to know
When fibroids stop symptoms because im 2 months now taking natural supplements and im still bleeding very light without cloats but intense for 48hrs does it mean its shrinking or not
If you can find the Malk brand, they have a good almond milk (and an oat milk, i believe.) I don't find a weird texture or aftertaste, and the only ingredients are almonds, water, and salt.
It's not a part of the Paleo way of eating bc they contain lectins and phytic acid that can cause inflammation. I do sometimes still eat hummus and peanut butter though!
It’s so hard when it comes to controlling hormones. So many of these fruits and vegetables are bioengineered, gmo, and man made. I started to not explain myself because being true you really need to be alkaline. Broccoli, cauliflower, celery, carrots, Brussels sprouts, iceberg lettuce, grapefruit, lemons, and etc are all gmo.
perhaps if you are making sourdough?? I know it reduces the gluten a bit but either way, I myself do try to avoid any wheat unless it's sprouted and minimally processed.
Hi I just came across your page because I’m getting ready to have a myomectomy for my large 21cm fibroid .im choosing to do this because I lost my baby at 21 weeks In January due to the size of fibroid. I am 45 years old and just tired of this large fibroid . I do want to change my eating habits after surgery to help with fibroids not growing back . And to possibly have a child still .we already lost two babies.thank you for your videos I’ve been watching all of them .
Thank you so much for sharing your story. I am so sorry to hear that you are going through this. Good luck on your upcoming surgery! When you're all done with it, just get on your journey. Nutrition, exercise, less stress. The whole thing. Take it one day at a time and give yourself grace. Love on yourself and your body and try to give it the best you can. :)
I tried almond flour but the texture didn't work well for me. Do you have a favorite kind? And tips on how you use it? I'd love to give it another try!
I always ate meat but more of a keto style diet with fasting. I was Vegan for nearly a year when my hematologist scolded me! I began Paleo about a year and a half ago at the beginning of my healing journey.
@@GlamPreezy thanks for sharing your life with us and for replying back quickly 🌟🥰 I’ve tried raw vegan before but i can’t maintain a good blood sugar balance.. I think vegan can be great but i don't like all the overly processed foods; it’s a lot of trial and error until we find what works for our individual body chemistry long term 😅
Ok so Quinoa, I love and eat often. It's actually a seed! Whereas couscous is wheat and contains gluten so I avoid it. I also don't eat many legumes as a part of my diet either however, I sometimes make exceptions!
I don't eat bread and when I do I use Ezekiel. I have read many studies that show that the gluten response in sourdough is lessened due to its fermentation however, I still avoid it bc 1) its not low glycemic and still cause a large insulin spike, 2) its still has gluten.

Anyways I was just diagnosed with fibroids. One is 7cm, submucosal. That explains it! I wanted to ask: do you do any intermittent fasting? Or just no eating after a certain hour? Thanks!!! 😊
That’s my problem is the dairy when I eat it I feel a little weird in my body. But I still like it I have to stay away from it
Great video🎉you really know how to " cut to the chase " precisely, all grounds covered.
Great info. Be careful with that plastic packaging too.
Thank you so very much for these gems! It's a struggle out here. We need all the knowledge we can get :)
Hi Social- I agree with you as I am also on my alkaline lifestyle with shrinking my fibroid and cyst xx
Thank you for this video. I have been taking reload supplements. I don't know if supplements makes the fibroids grow more. Can you recommend alternative supplements pls other than happy flo
Thank you for all your thoughtful information on how to manage and cure fibroid naturally. I love how passionate your teachings are and I would follow them.Thank you so much.
You are so very welcome! I just want to give women options that no one told me I had :)
What plant base milk do you use? What brand? It’s hard to find organic and no gums. Also, how about spelt flour and quinoa? Thank you btw Culina it’s a great alternative for yogurt.
Hi there! Thank you so much for watching. If you are watching my videos on the YT App, there should be a link in the video for some products in each of the catagories I'm speaking about. I love this brand here: amzn.to/3xyL4lL also just discovered this one: amzn.to/4aHoq97 . Hope that helps. And I love love love quinoa. I use it to sub rice all the time. Spelt flour sounds awesome too but, I don't general have use for flour in my diet but, I will check it out and the Culina! Thank you so much
@@GlamPreezy Hello. Thank you for your prompt response. Truly appreciate it ☺️. I do use Elmhurst milk already, but it’s not organic. I will try the Califa you recommended tho. I will check out the links too. Hope you like the products I recommended bcuz i do 😁. Thank you for caring about educating women and all the great content. You’re great!!!! 💗
Hello, I am a psychotherapist and psychologist in the UK who works with a lot of Black women with fibroid issues. Do you know of any UK alternatives to My Happy Flo vitamins? Great video. Thanks
I believe that you can order MHF to the UK but, not other parts of Europe at this time.
Hi, do you have a website? I would be interested in trying such services
Not the Goya 🙃 lol thanks for the video sis. You’re inspiring me to get my lifestyle back in check. 🙏🏽
I know! lol Tragic. Yes, girl do it!
Thank you Queen. I found your channel 3 days ago and im hooked. I cook with peanut/ avocado and extra virgin olive, oil and i do beef bacon too. I cut on dairies but i will try the vegan option. Thanks a lot for your videos.
You are so very welcome! Love the beef bacon idea! I forgot all about it. I'll have to go look for some asap :)
Girl you are funny! I am a bread eater u got me laughing when u got to the bread section
Love this! Thank you for sharing. I have to try some of these new apps!
Hello Ms, GlamPreezy
Im your new follower . Im from the philippines,.
I had fibroid fr.yesterday result after i undergo TVS..
Im really scared after knowing it fr.my OBGYne.. but, when i saw your video just this afternoon.. i had still hopes that it will heal naturally..
Thanks for sharing, mam.
Mag lowcarb tayu sis
please also show the diet you are eating in a week.
I will absolutely do this video!
You wanna cook your veggies and meals yourself…
So she says to avoid grains like rice but you wanna do grains like quinoa, couscous, bulgar wheat etc
If you do rice let it be brown basmati rice…
A lot of people don’t still understand the full concept of a vegan diet which is all about eating fresh organic plant based food
Yes it is a challenging overwhelming journey
Legumes aren’t processed tho? They’re actually very good for you and are full of B-vitamins and fiber that are good for eliminating stool which is necessary for getting rid of fibroids, especially if you’re not regular, the stool contains toxins like excess estrogen and that’s what we need to release.
I’d like to know why you suggest avoiding legumes?
Yes I agree. Legumes are a great source of fiber!
Thank you for the stool aspect.
I didn't know.
I'm not regular at all and will look into it.
Thank you.
I've learned something new.
...@amandabazil1753...i'm thinking the same thing🤔
What about coconut sugar or agave? I use those whats your thoughts on that? I only wanna do the best things for me
Thank you for this wonderful information ❤ i do have a question: why are legumes excluded? Do they foster fibroid growth?
Can you please include links or pictures of the stuff you mentioned in the video, thanks.
You are so right! I totally forgot to mention them. I will link it in the description box. below the video for you. Check back in a day or so!
This was very helpful!! Question- should I eliminate greek yogurt?
I'm so glad to hear that! Dairy is known to cause inflammation which is why it's advised to avoid it.
Yes specifics on what you eat on a daily/throughout the day would be helpful👍
I have a what I eat in a day video you can watch!
Hi Thanks for your videos I love how you present the information clearly and honestly 👏🏻🎉
Could you give me some brands of vegan butter that are clean? Because most of them have sunflower oil etc
You are so welcome. Unfortunately, they all pretty much use a plant based oil to give that texture but, have you tried Miyoko's?
Exceptional informative video. You rock, Sis. Knowledge is power-God's wisdom and blessing. 🙏💝
Thanks for sharing! I've got a quick question. Why no beans and legumes? I thought as they are free from gluten and high carbs they should be fine?
Good question! So, I do sometimes eat them in some cases, especially peanut butter 😏 But, they are not a part of the Paleo diet bc they are high in lectins and phytic acid which are known to block essential nutrients. I still eat them sometimes but, not often.
@glampreezy
I saw the video with the matcha. I read that caffeine is bad for fibroids. Doesn't matcha and green tea have naturally occurring caffeine?
Yes matcha has caffeine in it. It also has EGCG in it which is phenomenal for hormone imbalance
@@GlamPreezy Excellent! Thats a good to know! Thank you so much!
I’m not sure if I missed it but what about mushrooms… are mushrooms an allowed food?
Yes, mushrooms are very good for fibroid healthy foods.
New subbie here, and omg, I love you already❤❤we're leaving quaker behind 😂😂
Thanks for subbing! You are so very welcome here:) And yes girl, gotta change our ways! lol
@GlamPreezy ur very welcome, Love ❤️ Thank you! Yes ma'am change is very necessary
can i eat normal eggs or it needs to be organic?
i just discover that i have fibroids and i am not happy i am single 41 years old leaving in Paris.
new sub here and love all your video.i don't want surgery too
What supplements do you take to shrink fibroids
Avocado oil and Grapeseed oil are both great to cook with
Oooh! Yes Grapeseed is also awesome, thanks for mentioning this and thank you so much for watching!
@@GlamPreezyThank you I am will buy it is it a good healthy food some food is hormones in I love fish vegetables too eat.
@@sweetcinnamon9894 may I m praying for you.
If I start the process and the supplements will it help me shrink a fibroid of 70×30 please it's so big😢😢
Hi, I just came across your channel. I suffer from adenomyosis. I'm going to eliminate grains from my diet, I already eliminated dairy. I was wondering why you said no legumes.
Hi there! Thank you so much for watching. It's because I follow a paleo diet :)
I did several other videos talking about things I feel fibroids girlies need to know
Hi there sorry about your fibroids, are you saying that even after going plant based, your fibroids kept coming back?
When fibroids stop symptoms because im 2 months now taking natural supplements and im still bleeding very light without cloats but intense for 48hrs does it mean its shrinking or not
Watch my video on heavy bleeding. It may also be very helpful for you, it full of good info!
I love this video! Thank you for the tips
You're so welcome!
Hi Beautiful 😘 What supplements to take for dissolving fibroids?
Very well done video. Just came across your video and I love the way it was presented and the content. I instantly becaa dubscriber.😊

This video was awesome!👍 Thank you so much for sharing this very informative information and knowledge ❣️🌹 have a great day and God bless 🙏

You can grow your own kombucha too it does require sugar though , used to grow one years ago in the eighties
If you can find the Malk brand, they have a good almond milk (and an oat milk, i believe.) I don't find a weird texture or aftertaste, and the only ingredients are almonds, water, and salt.
Thank you so much. I've seen that brand and always wondered was it any good! I'll have to check it out.
Have you tried medical medium protocol? Or a fruit fast for 40 days?
Hi, what do you put in your oats to sweeten them since you don't use sugar?
Raw local honey :)
@@GlamPreezy ok thanks. I'm going to try it
Why do you eliminate beans?
It's not a part of the Paleo way of eating bc they contain lectins and phytic acid that can cause inflammation. I do sometimes still eat hummus and peanut butter though!
Thanks so much for educating us. Please how can get the happy fow supplement.
You are very welcome! Its linked in the description box for you:)
What about grass-fed dairy and butter,,, isn't there such a thing? Just like grass-fed meat?
Hi there and of course there is! Unfortunately, it doesn't change the fact that it's dairy. My body is happier without it!
Thank you for this informative video 🎉🎉, I will look for Kombucha drinks at my local Aldi 😊😊 and I will try to stay away from wine 🍷
You are so welcome! Thank you so much for watching :)
Nellie’s and Vital farms are my favorites too when I can’t get to the Farmers Market.
There's nothing like a good farmers market:)
Your skin is so beautiful.
Thank you so much
The only thing I worry about with kombucha is it’s sugar content
Hey there! My diet is pretty low in sugar so it doesn't hurt.
On bread if you are milling your own would it be okay to eat in limited amounts?
perhaps if you are making sourdough??
Thank you so much for the encouragement and for your videos !
Wishing you all the best my love
Iam Pakistani and here roti is use as basic food Which is made by wheat flour can i use it
It's best if it's 1. Organic 2. Non-GMO 3. has a high fiber and protein content, especially fiber 4. Minimally-processed /unprocessed
Look into xylitol! It’s the best sugar alternative I’ve found thus far! No nasty after taste. Look into it.
Bad for the gut
YAASSSSS LET THY FOOD B THY MEDICINE 👏👏👏👏🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
Thank you for this video.. unfortunately oat milk makes me very gassy.. they taste sooo good though
Try almond and either way try to make sure whatever you choose has only 2-3 ingredients. It could be the additives that are upsetting your tummy.
Have your fibroids shrank? If so, how much and how long did it take?
I use almond flower ,i also drink a lot peppermint tea
I tried almond flour but the texture didn't work well for me. Do you have a favorite kind? And tips on how you use it? I'd love to give it another try!
I love apple gate foods!
My fave!
Are these tips advisable to take for someone with degenerated fibroids?
good nutrition and nutrient dense diets are good for everyone :)
Gurl, we shop the exact same way and I am just now finding out. 😂
lol Love this! Drop some of your faves! We wanna know:)
I love your videos very informative
I just bought me some probiotics capsules. Any ideas.
This video is EXCELLENT!!!!!! Thankyou so much!
You're very welcome! I'm so happy it provided much needed info!
What are the supplements made of
How long would you say you were on a vegan whole food plant based diet before you started eating the Paleo way with meat etc😊
What about grains like couscous and quinoa and also legumes like lentils
Ok so Quinoa, I love and eat often. It's actually a seed! Whereas couscous is wheat and contains gluten so I avoid it. I also don't eat many legumes as a part of my diet either however, I sometimes make exceptions!
Would you recommend sourdough bread?
I don't eat bread and when I do I use Ezekiel. I have read many studies that show that the gluten response in sourdough is lessened due to its fermentation however, I still avoid it bc 1) its not low glycemic and still cause a large insulin spike, 2) its still has gluten.
Thankfull that I found you. I have two Fibroid for the first time what I hearing about it
I need your grocery list!
Do you drink coffee and use creamer?
No, I don’t drink coffee or drink dairy
