Anyway, I've spent a year or more just building foundational strength and slipping in yoga poses. I'm stronger now, and your flows gently make me stronger. I love them! Also, I'm doing full flows rather than breaking workouts up and leaving it that way.

I can bring my feet to where they are about 6-8 inches away from my hands then the top of my thighs are like, "Uh, nope!" and so I just gotta bring my feet up between my hands myself lol.
This is great. I think my arms are short from trying to get on my toes! Probably just need to work on flexibility. I love how you explain things. I always have heard to zip up your body but thinking about putting on pants helps even more. I like that your flows on here are more about what you like than anything else.
