    I haven't done yoga in 6 months...and I completely and utterly regret it. I finally decided to start back again, but I knew I was going to have to start with some of the basics and more gentle flows. Thank you so much for these videos. This was the perfect video to get back into yoga. What I love is I don't even realize the time...I find with fitness I'm cursing in my head "when is this over"...with your videos, I find my mind at peace. Even when it's a struggle, I still feel calm. So thank you again for sharing your videos and love of yoga with us

    Morgan this is so exciting! I've followed you on instagram ever since I began my yoga practice and you have definitely been one of my biggest inspirations, so I'm stocked to learn anything you are willing to share with us on here! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

    Thank you Morgan! 💕 I'm so excited you've branched into RUclips tutorials as this is how I started learning yoga 7 years ago! I'd really love for there to be flows for handstands, hip openers and back bends 😊 Thank you for being such an inspiration as well; you and Jess totally revolutionalised my home practice and made me find a new passion for yoga 😁💖 xx

    Thank you for doing this. I've never left a comment but have watched you since you started. You inspire me to be better. And watching you, teaching by you....has really made the connection of taking it serious and actually follow a flow. I felt great and achieved afterwards! Please do more! I will do all of them!

    SO excited for this!! Makes you feel a little closer to home so you can help us beginners get started. I'm inspired by the handstands you do, where you support yourself with your forearms. The amount of body that is engaged is awesome. Who knew that a handstand could be a work out?! So, so happy you did this!!

    Thank you for creating this channel. I practice home yoga and your vid lesson is so precious to avoid mistakes, to stay patient in the progresses and find the safe movement : core, stability, stretch yoga is here ... Thanks again, good generous job . Namaste.

  • @michelles.1930
    @michelles.1930 7 лет назад +5

    Three things: THANK YOU for adding videos where we get the benefit of your teaching via our computers. That's so generous. Second, I learned something key from this beginner video that I never heard before (shifting forward when we lower ourselves into a pushup. SO HELPFUL!) And lastly, I love that you end with us is Corpse pose and you don't talk or try to bring us out of it. We can stay as long as we like. p.s. I bought & started your Ab Asanas yesterday and WOW! I'm sore after one day. Love it.

    Hey Morgan, I'm a newbie to yoga and this video is perfect for me. The way you teach is incredible - you make everything easy to understand. I'd love for you to maybe do a mini-series where there is some development each time and we can grow along with your guidance (but I will be glad for more yoga whatever it may be :D). I had a Baby in February and never really made it onto my Yoga mat since then. There was always something happening and all the flows and worm ups I knew were quite long. I saw on Instagram that you promoted your RUclips videos and thought I try it out. And I love it!!! It goes very much into detail and I like it when you say, "maybe do it, maybe not" Thanks for your videos, they really help me do a little bit of Yoga everyday.

    Hey Morgan, thanks so much for this flow! As someone who just started yoga about 2 months ago the modifications are really helpful and your voice is so soothing. Can you maybe make a video dedicated to improving the downward dog pose? I know it's supposed to be a resting pose but for me it's one of the hardest ones and it doesn't feel like resting at all, making it always harder for to keep going in class as I don't get actual rest. Loved it that here you did child pose which I actually was able to relax my muscles and notice the breaths ❤️

    Hi Morgan! This was my first time visiting your youtube channel! I just got done this video and the hips and hamstrings video (love love your furbabies)! I've always felt strongly connected to yoga and have been following you on instagram for years. However, being a college student (and human being) I have always felt myself struggling with the daily pressures of anxiety. I scroll through your instagram and other yogis time and time again and I'm always like "I should do this. I want to do this. I want to be a yoga teacher someday!" Today I made the choice to begin my practice and I'm going to incorporate these two videos into my daily routine and see where it takes me because I loved them so much. Just wanted to say you are an inspiration to me and very raw, real, beautiful, and talented. Anyone who is your friend or family member is so lucky to have you around. Thank you for being you and I look forward to following these youtube videos
