I dont understand some of the huge expensive boats that only seat a few people. My ski boat seats 8 and i want to get a pontoon now just so my whole family can go out at the same time comfortably. I can't imagine spending hundreds of thousands on a bigger boat and only be able to take a few at a time

It depends on the Center Console. If they are specifically designed for fishing, seating is removed as it gets in the way. I have a Contender and literally it seats only four people. I can take more, but comfort is second to fishability. However, the boat is used for fishing 90% of the time so this is perfect for me.
I'm not interested in the cost of the HCB 65 ESTRELLA since that's beyond my income level. As a retired mechanical engineer I wonder why the need for six engines? I would think there would be issues with hydrodynamics and six props in such close proximity? I would like to see the same vessel with 2 Mercury 500R outboards with R-Drive Sport lower units mounted as far outboard as possible in a top-speed shootout.
PS If I had that much money to spend on non-essentials, I would purchase a Lamborghini Huracan; My paid-for Baja 20 Outlaw works fine for my wife and me...

The ability of the props to interact in clean water has not been considered; Nor has the additional weight of the four extra engines, or the stress on the transom? I would bet trimmed out my suggested configuration would run with if not outperform the "Show Boat" no pun intended...

Love all the boats but what gets me is on most all the boats you don't see a life jacket very much 😲 And some of the boats have so many people on them as many as 10 to 15 and not a life jacket in sight!
