I don’t know how to express my gratitude over Cathe. I’m shy and never felt comfortable in the gym but love to exercise hard. Finding Cathe was the best thing ever happened to me fitness-wise! High Step Training and Crossfire are my personal favourites. This workout is so well crafted and gets me everytime. My legs are on fire and heart rate up in the air and I burn so much calories! Thank you Cathe for your hard work! You are truly the best!
I like Cathe but to be honest find her step workouts generally too complicated, fast, and unsafe for my ability. What can I say, I need to go slow. However, I do love the following of her videos. I think the choreography is simple enough and easily modifiable: Basic Step and Body Fusion High Step Circuit High Step Training High Step Challenge I think the high step ones work for me because the choreography has to be simple on such a narrow platform. Also, it's easy to pause between cycles to go get a quick drink of water.
